Not very safe or clean. Homeless people sitting right in front of the atms today. This should be regulated. Wells Fargo is a big enough company to be able to afford security or for this to be regulated. Do better as a company to create a comfortable and safe experience for your customers.

I recently went to the Wells Fargo branch in Wilton Manors to open a new account, and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. When I arrived, there was only one teller and one customer service representative, who were both busy assisting another customer. After waiting patiently for 40 minutes, someone from the back finally came out and asked why we were there. It was then that we were informed that opening a new account required an appointment, which we were not aware of beforehand. The representative said he would only help one of us, based on who arrived first, and unfortunately, since I arrived after the other gentleman, I was not able to be helped. Overall, my experience was frustrating and disappointing. It seemed like there could have been better communication and organization at this branch to ensure a smoother experience for customers. It's important for businesses to make sure that their customers feel valued and taken care of, and unfortunately, I did not feel that way during my visit to this branch. Clearly this is not the right bank for me.

This is just the latest branch and problems with Wells Fargo banking. I should have known better than to stick with them after they got caught opening a fake account in my name a few years back. Most recently I made the appointment online and went in with documentation needed to do the banking service. One document, a legal document, does not have a seal on it of any kind. The "banker" said their legal department won't take it without a seal on it. So, considering a legal court gave me an official document that didn't require a seal you'd think the banker would at least be willing to call the legal department to confirm this. But no. I was told that they wouldn't do what I needed until I gave them the original with the raised seal, a document that doesn't exist. I've found bankers in this branch, in fact at most all Wells Fargo branches with a few exceptions to be arrogant and not at all interested in helping customers. They make you feel like you are bothering them or worse, they treat you like they think you are stupid. She never even looked up my account. Guess what? I just moved my remaining Wells Fargo accounts to USAA where they at least act like they want my million dollar plus business. I always thought it was nice to have a local brick and mortar bank. Not any more. You blew it Wells Fargo. I cannot recommend this branch at all. You're better off taking your financial business elsewhere.

I have banked with Wells Fargo (previously Wachovia) for 30 years and the service has deteriorated to ZERO. Rude people, incompetency, long waits, etc. If you bank here or with Wells Fargo in general, I would strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

We enjoy doing all of our banking at our local Wells Fargo branch. Conveniently, we do most online, however, when we have any additional needs or questions, Harrison Reedy takes great care of us in an efficient, professional and friendly manner. He is a great asset to the bank and our community.

Everyone needs to be aware of this! Wells Fargo requires you to check your account DAILY. If an unauthorized ACH withdrawal is made and you don't report it within 24 hours, then the bank will refuse to refund the money! That's right, if you don't check your account every single day, even if you are on your death bed, and report an unauthorized transaction, Wells Fargo will open an investigation, close it without notifying you and then when you call to check in, simply say you didn't report it in 24 hours. This happened to my business! Today, yet another ACH was coming out of my account and I had to call. So, not only will they not refund the money that was stolen, but they will continue to allow more funds to be stolen! If you have an account, check it daily! Better yet, go to PNC, they don't have this ridiculous rule that is also against the FDIC rules (FDIC allows up to 45 days. If reported within 2 days of receiving your bank statement, there is no penalty). If you are thinking about opening an account, don't! Currently filing a complaint with the FDIC as well as securing an attorney.

This branch is always clean and quick. The tellers and personal bankers are always friendly and make you feel welcome. Only negative thing about this branch is getting in and out of the parking lot !

Horrible here always have to wait! They try to sell u something as well! All tellers are slow. Never enough of them at 9 am on a Friday morning guess what? One teller and the commercial teller.

I wish I could go lower than one star. Wells Fargo should be avoided at all costs. They charge fees upon fees. Even when opting out of their program for overdrafts, according to the representative the bank still has the discretion to process the item and charge the $35 fee. Opting-out means that I do not want to participate in the program. Do not use Wells Fargo probably any other bank would be better!

This sells Fargo has not only the dumbest employees but the slowest service... They have three people in he window right now with 4 more people just it ting around and a line of 9 people..... Everytime I come in its a new policy change. They say it's company policy yet no other company ( including wells Fargo) has these issues.. These employees at this branch are so d*** and it's known by people hence why it's been robbed 4 times..

Always a wait. No one really ever seems to communicate or knows what's going on. Perpetual disappointment. For a company that recently got in trouble for fraudulently opening millions of accounts behind customers' backs, you'd think they'd run a slightly tighter ship. To their credit, I can't say that I've been to a good Wells Fargo, but this one is always a mess.
