I enjoyed this gym when I'd use it during my slow times at work. It's much larger than the main anytime fitness gym I'd use, and therefore it was easier to get around and do walking lunges, barbell deadlifts, etc. There are also more smith machines, squat racks, and cardio equipment to choose from. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Terrible Gym, they sent me to the debt collector after I cancelled my membership. Never tried to fix their mistake, manager is rude and couldn’t “help” me to fix my problem because she didn’t remember my face. This gym is a joke. I just figured it out that I had this bill 2 years later.Anyone from the gym never tried to call me or send me an email and I only figured because the debt collector called me saying I had a debt with them. Debt collector would say that the only person that could fix my problem was the gym, I would call them and they would say it’s would be with ABC and ABC would say it is with the debt collector. This was a cycle until I decided to pay for something I didn’t use because it was cancelled, I didn’t have any access to any location because my key fob wouldn’t work. Besides all of this I was told that the owner would call me and never did. The worst gym membership I ever got. Not worth it guys.
This comment is after the owners reply-I was a member on your location, winter garden location, but I was under another last name.
From the windermere club i was expelled because i opened for a friend that had the key fob, i understood the reason, but the manager from the windermere location said i could go to other anytime fitness because of the fact of having different owners. When i created my new membership at the occoe location, i tried to use the same last name as before and they said i couldnt because of the ocurred. They gave me the option of creating with my middle name. Anyways you are saying that it only goes to collection after 90 days, after I cancelled my membership at your location, you guys kept charging me for 5 or 6 more months.

Great gym! It's open 24 hours, is really clean with all new equipment, and the members are all chill and there to workout, not for a fashion show like some other gyms. I love it!

I don't know what happened the last few weeks this gym used to be amazing but the number online no longer is accurate. I need help with my membership and I cannot get a hold of anybody. I've emailed them numerous times and they just keep emailing me back to start with there trainer. I don't understand what happened the last few weeks but nobody will help me any longer.

To start off, I want to say that the staff is very nice, and the place is 10/10 cleanliness, but this place has so many issues.I joined in January and it was great at first. $40 was a little much, but it was alright at the time. They then decided to increase the price of the membership to $50/month, mid-contract! It is not technically against the agreement to do so, but it is very sketchy. They also justified this price point by saying it is because of the new ownership, and over the promise of new equipment, which has yet to arrive after over a month. Do not sign a contract here because they are allowed to charge you over $50 extra without actually notifying you, according to the agreement. I also called and they told me the only way out of my membership was to buy out, which would've cost me $300 (for 5 months).It is very bold of them considering that they have no locker room, only 1 multipurpose rack, and no guest passes. Not to mention there is a brand new Crunch fitness across the street with more equipment, staff, and amenities, for $10/month.

This location recently sold and new ownership decided to change the rates on an existing contract. I'm 15 months in on a 24 month contract and they are raising my rate $15/mo with 7 days notice. Did not give me an option to cancel without penalty and threatened to turn me over to collections if I do not pay the new rate. Stay away from this place as they are charging $50/month while Crunch across the street is charging $10/month.
