What an absolute pleasure to do business at this location. A complete 180° from my experience at the E Silverstar Rd location. I was greeted and treated so kindly. My checking account was closed unexpectedly due to "suspicious activity" (whatever that means). After calling the number they told me to multiple times, trying to get in touch with someone who could give me information, no one was able to give me any information as to why the account was closed. I went to the E Silverstar Rd branch to see if someone at the branch could give me more information, but they treated me like an inconvenience and again could not give me information, and told me to call a number and told me they could unlock my account. When I called the number, they told me they couldn't unlock my account and treated me very rudely. When going to this location in Winter Garden, everyone was so kind and helpful to me and they even called to find out more information for me. I would recommend this branch to anyone.

I had an appointment with Marryzenn Dugger to start a new business checking account. She literally took me by the hand to get me the best account for my business. I saved money and even got a coupon. She also helped get my EIN which was free and which I did not know. It was a great experience. I am so happy this branch offers help with people who have a lot of experiences and care tremendously. Everyone here was very inviting and kind. Great job chase and thank you Marryzenn.

As you can see, this place has terrible reviews. We walked in there the other day to sign up for a credit card and this lady at the podium got all kinds of contact info from me, and then proceeded to tell me that we had to sit down and wait about 20 minutes for the banker to finish up with someone else. She did not say that we were not starting the process. So now I am probably going to get all kinds of garbage from them in the mail. So stupid us sat down for about 20 minutes to wait on this person even though there were other bankers around that didn’t seem busy. Then this other guy came out and asked us could he help us? So he went over to the person that was supposed to be helping us and she told him that she needed more time even though the people that had been in front of her 20 minutes ago were gone already. so we waited a little bit longer and then we walked out and that same guy looked at us and said I’m sorry. He didn’t even try to make things better. it’s pretty sad when a bank branch gets under three stars. Corporate really needs to step in and train these guys how to be better customer service people.

I recommend Marryzenn with my eyes closed. She was so nice, kind and helpful with me. Best chase I’ve ever been the entire staff were really welcoming! I’ve tried Chase from Hunters Creek and they already told me NO to open a new account since I open the door but Marryzenn help me with this matter. Thank you again.

Apparently as of January 2023, Medallion Signatures for members must be held, submitted, and approved for who knows how long before you even know if it will be processed. So they have to hold onto all the paperwork with sensitive personal and financial information that they have no need to possess or potential lose or make multiple copies that go who knows where because this was never necessary before now.It took them about 15 minutes to figure all this out and tell me that they could not help me ??♂️ so what are big banks good for again?What used to take 30 minutes or less can now be up to a a couple days or maybe weeks. And yet Chase is always trying to get me to open an investment account with them... Not ever if this is how difficult it is to move assets around.

Third time depositing checks. They keep placing 10 day holds on them. I complain in person, they say they can’t help and provide a phone number to call. 1 1/2 and half on hold for them to take 5 minutes to clear all checks……. Why can’t this be done without me jumping threw hoops? No one at chase has a good answer. The consumer is not the priority here.

The worst customer service ,Staff very unprofessional .In one visit you need to tell at least 3 people what you need to do.They keep switch banker when they take care you .So you need to repeating your questions and needs over and over again.

Started with a average experience. Was trying to get a few questions answered from a teller with 45 minutes till closing that was below expectation, to a great experience after giving it a second try just a few days later with Reyaz Mohammed. He was a great pleasure to work with and answered all my questions. I did just open a simple checking and savings account but feel I might of made a long term banking partner. Making a appointment and giving it a go definitely worth the wait.

well I'm not an account holder with this bank but I went in to cash a chase bank check and the branch manager basically said he thought we committed check fraud which is a felony bc a signature about who wrote the check didnt match. so not positive but last I checked in america its innocent until proven guilty. DONT ACCUSE PEOPLE OF CRIMES WHEN THERE IS ZERO PROOF OF ONE HAPPENING. especially if they are considering opening an account with you. I will not be back until that manager is no longer at this location. pretty funny bc he literally just cost the bank money but he had zero issues cancelling my check so I couldnt cash it elsewhere. thanks for the great customer service you j****

I came into the bank and two of the three teller windows were closed. The windows that were directly ahead of the line. The only open window wasn’t even visible. Neither of the tellers would make eye contact with me to show me which way to go. I saw the open teller after a bit. She was not friendly at all. She was a bit upset that the check that I wanted cash consisted of 27 cents and she didn’t have change. She has to ask the other teller for change. Then I gave her 3 pennies which seemed to confuse her bc I wanted to get rid of my pennies. She was just nasty. I have to go to the Clermont location which seems to be nice. The teller’s name is Amanda. She didn’t even say thank you although I said thank you to her. If you get her run!!
