I hate that I’m writing a review that isn’t good for this restaurant as the food is always good and Ms Jean always has a positive “get it done” attitude.My wife ordered food today as I’m running around putting out metaphorical fires and I stop by to grab our food and drive off to my destination 25 mins away. Have a quick conversation with my wife and she notices my food isn’t in there…I drive back and no food on pick up. As I asked the staff what happened they are MAKING MY ORDER as if it’s a new order. Pickup time on the receipt says noon. I returned at 12:40. The lady in the black shirt wasn’t sympathetic and said “oh they must’ve forgot to bag it”. So no call? Just wait for me to show up. Would I have gotten my money back?Don’t order online here. You would think a business wants online orders instead of 15 people towering over their staff all the time but I guess not here ??♂️??♂️??♂️

Food is good. Sometimes your order head and arrive and they don't have half your order because they are out. Definitely not above and beyond - I have to specifically ask for chopsticks, and did not receive fortune cookies.

The terrible service is unbelievable, the delay is unbearable. There was no time when the pick-up time was honored, every time I ordered online, arrived to pick up the food and still waited almost 1 hour. Several people arrived, ate and left, and my order wasn't ready. Absurd! Terrible place, the people who work there don't even know when there is a pick-up to do. Totally unprepared.

The absolute worst Panda Express in the universe. They literally have no food even 1 full hour before closing. If you ask them to make more of something, they are unbelievably rude and yell at you. This is not a one night incident but part of their standard protocol. Don’t make any food and we’ll save money on food waste is their philosophy. WOW. I guess they don’t want any customers either. You don’t believe me, see the picture for yourself. They clear the large section of the buffet and have only a few grains of old stale rice . They did not even have enough food to fill a full box and hoped that I wouldn’t notice it’s only half filled. When I made a comment, the second lady employee came over to scold me. Rude and awful. Completely wasted my time and gas going out to winter garden village Panda Express. Please do not go until they care about us as their customers. I should have realized there was something up with this location when I drove in, half the lights were already off and the sign was turned off. Clearly they did NOT want anyone to notice they were there. What a way to run a business.

I placed my order in drive thru after work. I get home and ready to eat my food and it's totally over cooked. Ordered orange chicken and super greens. I got back in my car and drove back over to the restaurant. I get to the restaurant and ask for a manager. There was NO MANAGER ON SITE. There was a person named Oliver stated that she was a PSC in charge because manager Wally wasn't there. I asked for a refund and Oliver said that they don't issue refunds nor did she offer me a store credit. Oliver is the person who served me the over cooked chicken. You can clearly see that it was hard and overly sauced to try to cover it up. I opened my plate to show her my food and this girl just turned her back on me and walked to the back. I left the food right on the counter and walked out losing money. I wish I had taken a picture, but never eating here again. Burnt. Burnt. Burnt. I don't know what happened to this location. They used to have great food and great service. The egg rolls were burnt, the Crab Rangoon was inedible, the Angus Steak was burnt, the Orange Chicken was burnt. The only life saver were the noodles, which were great. I don't know if the temperature on their bain is not working or too high but it seems like anything touching the bottom of the pan is burning.
