Food was terrible. Took 15min to come over to us and then said no one told me y’all was here but I saw you all looking around. When asked for a box she saw I didn’t eat much of it. Asked me something wrong. I said it was bland and terrible. Asked me if I wanted to taken off I said please. Manager came over acting like something from the godfather says in aggressive tone why don’t you like this? Said it’s bland and pasta is cold.

Great quality of food and our Server, Red, was very good. We were celebrating my wife's birthday and there was 10 of us.

Our meals were delivered by the manager, and when I mentioned we hadn't yet received Caesar salads, without provocation, he said they would be taken off our bill (never happened). Our salads were brought moments later by our server, and by the time we finished our salads, our meals were no longer hot. My wife ordered a specialty drink off the menu, and there was no mention of it being frozen. She didn't care for it and asked for a glass of wine instead. We still had to pay for the frozen drink, which we felt was unusual. Overall, it was our service and timing that was a disappointment. We love Macaroni Grill and have never had a bad experience until last night. Very disappointed.

Found atmosphere lacking.Had the stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer and they were disappointing and tasted poor. Main meal was OK but had to ask for a salad. Had the Mama's Trio, which was excellent.First time I've eaten at this Macoroni Grill and wasn't as good as other Macoroni Grill's I've dined at.Waiter was adequate but had to ask for a lot that should have been offered as a choice.

We flew into the Orlando Airport . We ended up here at Romanos. Both my husband and I had the Bibb and Bleu cheese salad. Super delicious. We added chicken. I would definitely suggest this salad Lots of protein. Between the walnuts, Bleu cheese and chicken it kept us full and satisfied.

The heater was broken is was extremely cold. We had an anniversary part of 24. Added tip, but server appeared to be irritated with our business. Failed to receive our desserts, had to request it literally 4 times and go to the counter to receive the cheesecake to go. This is my first ever negative post and my first negative experience dinning here. A year ago we had a wonderful time at my wife's birthday which was a party of 20

Food was ok, I felt like my server was the only one in the whole building. I saw her like twice and the food was brought to my table by the managers, who just dropped food off and didn't say anything. They dropped the food off randomly, half the table got their food while the other half waited. Soups came after entrees, bread came after appetizers, empty plates stayed on the table for a while, drinks weren't refilled.

We had a great time. We took our daughter to finished her birthday in her favorite place. The food was delicious as always and the server, Josh was great and attentive. My husband had stomach ache so he ordered the food to go, few minutes later Josh came back to the table and offered him Ginger ale, amazing attention to details by our server. My husband definitely felt much better after that. Thanks Josh!

The waitress didn't know what mt. Dew was. They serve Pepsi but were out of Mt. Dew. You don't get herbs for the bread and oil but only pepper? The bread was hot and fast but the walls were dirty and the paint was peeling off the wall. I know it's a chain but it used to be a great quality place to have a good dinner. Not anymore.

I placed an order using Door Dash and was unable to request extra sauce for my pasta. I did resume with my order because Macaroni Grill never disappoints! I called the store directly once the order was confirmed and spoke with a very nice young lady named Bella. Bella not only assured me that she completely understood my request and my inability to ask for extra sauce via the Door Dash app, but she went even further to advise me that special requests can be made very easily if I would have placed my delivery order using the Macaroni Grill direct website. Bella then advised that extra sauce requests typically come with an additional charge, but given the situation she will speak with management and see what she can do. Within the hour, dinner was delivered and when I opened up the bag, I see that she had placed the perfect amount of additional sauce for each of the dishes in separate to go containers so I could add to my liking. Bella not only educated me on how to place future orders, she was very kind to make sure that my preferences were met by placing a request on my behalf. Thank you so much Bella, your customer service is top-notch! :-)
