I was in need of printing services having created a funeral program for my father's upcoming funeral, and wasn't sure where to go for printing assistance. I decided to give Staples a shot as they were somewhat close to our home. I visited the store on Friday, March 15 and was greeted by Jess in printing services. I showed her a sample of what I had created and we talked about my different options. Jess printed a sample for me which was fantastic and I was able to take it home for my mother to preview free of charge. We decided to move forward with the printing so I returned to Staples on Saturday. Jess wasn't working but I was greeted by 'Sav' (short for Savanna) and I brought her up to speed on where we were. She immediately started by printing another sample (because I found an error in my original sample). She worked meticulously to align everything so it would print and fold perfectly. I had not even thought of using Staples at first, but I would highly recommend them and definitely Staples in Fowlers Grove, Winter Garden. I feel so very lucky to have connected with both Jess and Sav. They were so personable and conscientious and they did everything to service me quickly and professionally. I believe I spent a total of maybe 25 minutes combined with my Friday and Saturday visit and I walked out with funeral programs in hand. These two women get 5 stars from me and I will forever take any printing needs I have to them. I was really surprised to see what other services they offer, so I do recommend that if you have any printing or laminating needs - you try them out.

Be very careful coming into this location, if you are black. I had an issue and asked to speak to the manager. I was ignored by staff and the manager on duty, David. Every time, I go into this Staples the customer service is the lowest I’ve ever encountered. They have no training on how to treat customers in need of a small task; such as printing. If you can go print or get office supplies somewhere else, please do! This is by far the worst location.

I busted staples to get pricing to print out wedding invitations. Sav in the printing dept was more than helpful! She made the process easy, stress free and made sure we were 100% satisfied! I will be coming back if I need anything else done! Thanks so much for helping us with our wedding invitations Sav!

This man is a walking, living angel. Our banners didn’t make it to Orlando from London and this amazing man sorted us out with new banners in less than 12 hours from asking for it. ON A SUNDAY THAT FOLLOWED ONTO A PUBLIC HOLIDAY. I could not contain my gratitude and had to give him a massive hug.

Standard Staples, organized in typical configuration. They had what we needed, and our purchase was processed efficiently. The staff person at checkout was friendly and accommodating. We would return, if the need arises.

Staples is always inadequately staffed. The hey have too many GenZ's working here who have not explored the concept of multitasking. It's so nerve racking. Amazon, UPS and the post office partnering with Staples is an even bigger mistake. Mind you Staples sells shipping supplies but they receive UPS and USPS shipping supplies from the each company. To the general public, supplies from the post office and UPS are free to use. Just like will all of corporate America, these business have found ways to conveyance yet inconvenience you or raid your wallet during the process of doing business. I came in with a pre-paid UPS label and needed a UPS. The cashier said he couldn't give me one. I asked why and he stated corporate policy. I explained I least have my label I just need a UPS label, he still denied. I asked for a manager. She came over same response. She suggested I go buy and envelope off the shelf. I told her that's just silly because I'm mailing through UPS, you have a UPS label right there. It's not like I'm asking her to open a pack of envelopes for sale by staples. I'm asking her for one of the many free supplies they receive from UPS. She also suggested I use the post office envelope I came in with and out the UPS label on it. That's more dumb than me buying an envelope that is free to Staples and me. I'm guess because they are a store that sells shipping supplies her giving me a UPS envelope will some how make them miss a sale. It actually did more than that. I will always make sure to use the conveyance of them being a UPS drop off center but will never use their services for UPS again nor will I ever buy shipping products from them. That's crazy to not just give me a courtesy one! I could see if I had a shipping business and are constantly coming there using their supplies! Terrible use of a manager for her to not make a one time exception! I did a MacGyver move and turned post office inside out so there were not any post office markings and placed the label on that. She did allow me to use their tape. I'm surprised I didn't have to buy it.

I am so happy to have a Staples nearby! I went the other day and the person at the UPS counter was amazing (I don't know her name, but it was 11/27/23 at 8:30pm). Also, a staff member named EDEN went above and beyond to assist me and my son. She was professional and gave outstanding customer service! That is the kind of service that keeps me coming back. :)

Absolutely horrific customer service. Do NOT use them for shipping anything. They will take your money - $60 - and tell you your package is scheduled to be delivered next day by 10:30 am. So this is what I did and got a tracking number and receipt. It is now 1:15pm on the delivery date and the package is not only not delivered, it is still sitting in a bin in their store. Clearly this was a time sensitive and important package or I would not have overnighted it in the first place. When they took possession of my package and charged me for next day air, they failed to tell me that UPS only picks up from the store once daily and had already done so. Management is extremely flippant and uncaring for the problems this has caused. Rude as well. I’ll never go in this store for anything else again.

BEWARE! Their employees will steal your credit card and they won’t take accountability.Used their copy and print station, swiped my card to print some copies, received my receipt for $6 transaction, only to be hit with a $264 charge in addition! Speaking to the store - no one took accountability except saying “this was a fraudulent charge at our store but we can’t provide any details”. David - their store manager refused to escalate me to his District Manager and told me he can’t refund me but I can dispute the charge with my bank.I did so and then was told by my bank that the store provide a document showing my transaction - mind you, I have no receipt for it, I was in the store for 6 minutes, printed copies, etc.I will be filing a police report.

Don't go here to print. Print services was overwhelmed and unfriendly - I had 17 pages to print and was told it would have to be ordered online. And would be done by tomorrow. Go to Hill Printing - 5 minutes away, they were friendly, helpful, and quick - it took them 7 minutes and I was done.

It’s always nice to experience good customer service, but Kimberly is beyond that. She got me out of a bind and genuinely cared about my situation. She was helpful, exuded friendliness, and is the type of person anyone would be lucky to cross paths with; let alone have as an employee. Thank you for having people like her - you’ve made a lifelong loyalist!

Myrna is definitely the best associate in the store. She is extremely helpfully, polyglot (speaks English, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese).I highly recommend this store if you would like to have the service done with a great customer service.Staples, Myrna is an asset!!
