Horrible parking, horrible area. Whenever I select this target for my curbside order pick up, I always regret it. I always leave upset and frustrated. Do not come here unless every other target in your area does not have what you're looking for in their inventory.

The white manager with the blonde hair here is super unprofessional. Talking sht about customers and laughing at them because you don't think they're as perfect as you are , it's just shtty . She's way to immature to be managing people.

[WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE - SPEND YOUR MONEY AT STORES THAT CARE ABOUT THIER CUSTOMERS FEEDBACK]Final mail in the coffin for Target.Went to go and return a product and didn't realize it was in-eligible for return until she scanned the barcode.The receipt does state that the item was not eligible for return, but who checks their receipt if it's eligible for return AFTER you buy it?No one does, at least put a sign near the items on the shelf so your consumers know and train your staff to inform customers at the register that this is the final sale and no returns excepted on this item.Your staff needs better leadership and training especially when your PAYING $$$$ customers give feedback on the spot.Spending my money at target was already going to stopped with their woke ideology marketing and pushing demonic/devil branded products..You lost a lifetime customer.. that's probably $500k-$1M lost from this family spending money at your stores. Oh.. I'll also never recommend people to buy from target as well.. I'll push them to your competitors if at all possible.

I consider target a dangerous place and ONLY go there when necessary. The reason is that there is a lot of great things to look at and more I am inclined to buy than I need. Truly, it's an amusement park for people who love shopping!

I always come to this Target for groceries and they're amazing selection of beer! I stopped in today to grab some new cider and women's beauty supplies. I have to say how Jayde was my hero; she helped me find my acne patches! She came in clutch so much- the patches that a use are the My Hero Patches and it's very hard to find them. This Target is always clean and the employees are out of this world with service!

Little special about this store. Employees are border line rude, and offer no help. Store in a total disarray, hard pass in December.

Target deserves this five stars! Because their drive up option has been executed to perfection. Since the beginning of Covid I have been using this service and they have yet to fail me. I pick up my item in less than 5 minutes they never keep me waiting. The staff is doing a great job.

Manager or supervisor named "Princess" ... yea trust it was hard not to laugh, but I wanted her to price match an item and told her where it was because in the shelves it had a different price AND this "B" went and FIXED the shelves so she wouldn't honor it. She took a picture to show me and I showed her the picture I took. When she saw it she started stuttering trying to explain why she fixed it and I was like that's fine just honor mine since it was a STORE mistake, but she wasn't being reasonable and left upset because I confronted her about this her picture...

So frustrating. This store is always out of things I need. Maybe another Target in Horizons West or apopka is needed to keep this story from overcrowding and missing items.

Went to the pharmacy this am - they open at 9a and I asked a quick question about 858a about OTC drugs. The pharmacist told me they'd be with me in a few mins - understood. I moved away, but stayed close since I was done shopping and hoping to get what I needed and head out... keep in mind I never left from in front of the pharmacy or stood at the desk, just nearby so I could get my stuff and go. Watched a lady walk right up (here's the kicker, the pharmacy tech-looked right at me and then helped her) and asked for her script. She then had issues with the script - I was lucky enough to wait... and wait... and wait until another employee clocked in and finally helped me. Of course the lady with the script issue was still there

Went to purchase a 1000 TV showing they had one.... ahhh noooo they didn't.. ok can you please check to see if another store has it ? No we can't not allowed to... huh seriously so they both just stood there talking to one another doing nothing... hmmm horrible company policy...not very good customer service and not representing the brand well.

CVS in WinterGarden sent me the this CVS inside Target saying I could pick up my prescription there. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, she told me it wasn't ready. They had to do the insurance billing. I had to come back in 30 minutes. I went to lunch, and came back to wait in line again. I did get my prescription. I thought about buying some impulse stuff, until I looked at the long lines at all of the few checkout cashiers open. I just walked out. I will not return to this Target!

I always order via the Target app and that is what this review is reflecting. I was going to make a purchase last night from the Walmart in Winter Garden but they recently started charging for pick up. (Seriously!!!!!) but Target is still free Making a pick up order via the Target app is very reliable at this store (& other Target Orlando stores that I've been to honestly) and they are quick to make updates to your order and will even make swaps when necessary. (Note: you must provide the swaps ahead of time in the Target app. If your swap is not available then that item will be cancelled from your order. I have found this process to be very reliable as well with quick updates on cancelled items via email.) You can also check in via the app when you are on your way to the store, and I'd recommend doing that as well b/c I forgot this today and they took a bit longer to bring out my order. (My bad) Will be starting here first when shopping from now now sorry Walmart
