Tracy was fantastic. Not too many jewellers wanted to service my watch, but Tracy, who was the first to reply, did it for 30$. The very first estimate from a jeweller I went to here in my area wanted 450$ to rework the watch. I didn't need a rework. I needed a repair. Tracy did it and fast. This is my go to jeweller from now on.

After doing some research regarding local, family-owned jewelers, I'm so glad I found owner/operator Tracy at The Jewelry Connection. He's a no-nonsense type of guy, honest, and up front, with no sales hype of any kind. Just good, honest workmanship (had him repair some jewelry), and great, competitive pricing (also had him create a custom ring for our daughter's graduation).Tracy believes in doing good, straight-forward business, and makes himself personally available to handle any questions, doing excellent work, regardless of the project.

Wow! What can I say?! Tracy ROCKS!!! He's very friendly, professional and knowledgeable!!My father wanted a new watch band and battery in his older watch, and a band adjusted on his new watch. Terry helped my father on the spot and was quite speedy!I'll definitely come back for any future jewelry needs.

The owner was very helpful and friendly. I brought quite a bit of my jewelries and watches that needed repair and battery replaced. Very with the repairs and reasonable price for repairs.

Needed to go from a 14c white gold band to a platinum band because of skin irritation. White gold band is the picture next to the yellow gold ring. They look nearly identical.Pricing was fair, service was super quick, got it in on a Friday and picked it up on a Tuesday.We’ll be coming back for a matching platinum wedding band.Appreciate all the help!

After visiting numerous jewelry stores, we originally ordered our wedding bands via an online company where we had a terrible experience with delivery only to receive rings that were not as advertised. We found the Jewelry Connection 1 week before our wedding. Tracy was able to get us the rings that we wanted in the sizes we ordered within 2 days. He was so accommodating and honest. The ring size that we ordered for my husband was a bit too large and after our honeymoon we took it in to be resized. Tracy resized the ring while waited. I highly recommend The Jewelry Connection and will use them exclusively for any of my jewelry needs from this point forward. Thank you Tracy for doing such a great job!

Awesome service! I came into replace a clamp on my necklace because I assumed it was broken. He was able to fix it without replacing the clamp, free of charge. Very friendly people.

I bought a bezel from this store, and just a little after a month, parts of the bezel broke, I brought it back to repair the broken piece I know I have to pay but just need the piece repaired and the issue solved. the guy there starts arguing instead of looking to solve the issue. I don't recommend this place. I already have the Bezel repaired same day at Plantation Jewelers, totaly professionals, and they have great service.

I changed the battery in my Luminox watch, and in 2 of my wife's watches. The attention was very friendly, the service was very fast and still great cost.
