The service is very bad, they let you wait for more than half an hour and the cashier serves very reluctantly. It's not the first time we've been treated poorly in that place!

I attempted to get lunch for my mother and I today. When walking in I opened the door for a lady coming out. I walked up to the counter as the young man behind the counter walked to the back for a second. He seemed to be looking for something. He came back to the counter and just looked at me. No hello or welcome. Nothing but a blank stare. I told him what I wanted to order and he stated 25 minutes. I said ok. At that time other customers came in. As I stepped aside and turned to get out of their way the young man said, hey you plan to pay for it. Where did customer service go! It’s definitely not at Little Caesars! I will no longer be a customer to this or any other Little Caesars! Instead I drove to Marco’s where I was greeted with a smile and a hello!

Y’all outdid yourself this evening and I am here to talk about it! I visit this LC on the drive home this evening and allow me to brag on a great group of young ppl, working hard to earn their keep. The food could not have been more fresh, and delicious! When I walked in, I was not greeted immediately, but I soon realized how busy everyone was nonetheless, at how good that food was; it speaks for it self!!! Let me say it again, for those in the back; those employees there know exactly what they are doing and this evening, everyone seemed to be glad about it!! The friendly, kind attitude, fresh food, and smiles made this visit for me, a new pick in where I get delicious hot pizza. Thank you young lady, and the gentleman who took my order. I would like to say, I have not had a bad experience w/ LC, but after todays’ exceptional service; I will certainly revisit this location without question. Thank you all so much for a superb job well done, and a delicious meal!Vegetarian options: I had the supreme pizza. Fresh veggies, although there was meat; everything was extremely fresh.

No greeting when entering. All 3 employees were not wearing branded shirts. Check out employee not wearing hair net even though she was handling food and has long flowing hair past her shoulders.

I don’t usually do this but I went in this Little Caesars in Winter Park Fl. and placed an order. My order came up to $29.23. I was trying to use my debit card. The card machine kept freezing up as I put my signature in. The cashier Darrion told me the transaction didn’t go through. I swipe my card a second time the card reader does the same thing. I tell Darrion I’ll pay with cash. After paying with cash something told me to check my bank app. The transaction was approved both times I swiped my card. When I informed them they tells me they have a new system and it been doing everybody card like that. They then tells me they couldn’t refund my money I had to wait until the next afternoon when the supervisor Lala come in. I lives 6 hours away in Georgia. I was leaving that next morning. The next day I called and spoke to Lala. Lala tells me she has to speak with her Dm. She took my number and said she will have the Dm to give me a call. This been ever since September 2nd. I have yet to receive a call from or hear back from them. I disputed both transactions with my bank on the 5th of September my bank gave me a temporary refund of $58.46 until they completed the investigation. I just received a letter in the mail today saying the investigation was completed and the merchant says the transaction wasn’t duplicated. So I’ve paid $87.69 for a Little Caesars pizza and some wings. SMH??♂️

This is one of the best Little Caesars Pizza ?. The workers who work at the front cashiers on September 22nd, the night shift,you're the best. Thank you for great customer service!! I wish I could have gotten you guys names. My pizza was hot and fresh!!

The customer waiting area feels cramped. The quick pickup machine is broken in some way. Food is always good.
