Alex was referred by my realtor. Alex is very professional and friendly. He took his time to explain to me everything in detail regarding my homeowners insurance quote and I learned a lot. He made the process simple/smooth and made sure that I have enough coverage for a lower price compared to my previous insurance. I am satisfied with the service. I know I’m not the easiest customer to work with at times since I do over analyze most things. Always been worried about changing insurances, but, Herrick made the process super easy. He explained how each coverage works so I didn’t pay stuff I didn’t need, and customized a package that specifically fit my needs. Extremely happy with the experience!
