Honestly, I could cry about the lack of care I received here. She listened to my symptoms , listened to my breathing and prescribed me cough syrup……... I went home and became even sicker over the next three days so I went to a Centre Care where she listened to my breathing and got concerned I had RSV. I received antibiotics and a breathing treatment from Centre care. If only I had gone their first instead of here. Needless to say, I will never be back.

Not worth the minute of time. Rudest Nurse I've ever met; Dillsworth was a joke. Condescending and arrogant. They love to run tests and bill the insurance, what they don't do is prescribe any medications that will help. I immediately went to a real doctor and got a prescription that cleared me up in three days compared to waiting a week or more suffering. Should have known when you see a 300lb Nurse wearing running shoes and you know the only running she does is to the icecream truck.

I got there for my appointment at 6:30pm. I was waiting until 7 o'clock and when I became frustrated with waiting, I asked one of the doctors if I was going to be called and their response was that they marked me as a no-call/ no-show when my appointment was at 6:40pm. I guarantee they did not clock out at 6:30pm. Isn't that theft of services.

Went here for strep throat and couldn't complete the swab due to inflammation and pain. Dr said it was clearly visible but couldn't help since I didn't complete the swab. Spend $159 for nothing, came home and did a telemedicine appointment and the dr there said it was an embarrassment I was turned away since it was so obvious. Don't waste your time or money here as the incompetence is worse than whatever condition you have

Yesterday I had an appointment at this location. The LPN Tyree was awful. He was rude, condescending and made me feel very uncomfortable. When I advised him that I was uncomfortable, he responded “you can go back in the waiting area and let the NP check you in.” Ashley was the NP I saw and she was awesome. She did her best to salvage my experience but I really hope whoever is in charge of this location review staff interactions with patients.

avoid at all costs - incredibly rude staff, they aren't even open the hours they claim to be. despite hours clearly posted - and visible - behind one of the staff members, i've had them say "oh we've just decided to stop taking appointments for today" when coming in, and then had them be very condescending & rude about scheduling an appointment for the next day. i'll never go back again, and would rather suffer through the horrid advent health video system before trying to. honestly the entire cvs is terrible except for some of the pharmacy staff who are great and kind. bad place. avoid !

Nurse practitioner Diane S. And Tyree were both so wonderful! They got us in quickly in a pinch. Diane was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and great with my 2 year old daughter. Very appreciative of their help!

Truthfully, I prefer Quest but my insurance only covers Lab Corp the past few years. I find they make mistakes in their reporting.

I went in for a Tetanus shot ($75) with Nurse Diane- she was amazing, so professional but down to earth and easy going, and service was super affordable compared to an Urgent Care.- also since it was during COVID I had to make an appt online, wait outside in car until called and then seen.Excellent precautionary practice for pandemic safety.

76 min waiting, so I input on the walk in screen with 30 min. Text message warning. They gave me 15 min. Warning. I was at the parking lot laying down with high fever anyway. I walked in and the screen said 70 min waiting because she took a lunch break. Never again! Everyone, skip this one and drive down a mile or so, there is a fabulous Urgent care in Trader Joe's plaza!

I tried to sign myself in on the computer which stated “no open slots†for 10/16 or 10/17 the following day. I felt all the symptoms of strep throat and just needed confirmation and antibiotics. I asked a girl behind the pharmacy counter if there was any way the Dr could see me real quick and she said “she probably left for the day†need I remind you the minute clinic hours are until 7:30pm and then suggested I go to centra care down the street. Such an awful experience especially being as sick as I am to just be sent somewhere else.

Very Disappointed!! Went to the CVS minute clinic because of white spots on my tongue. Met with a woman PA who asked me what the Issue was. I told her that I thought it might be oral thrush but was not sure I needed confirmation. I stuck my tongue out for half a second and she said yes that's exactly what it is. She did no further examination, did not check my throat or feel my glands or do anything further. She did not take any scrapings or refer me to a more appropriate doctor. She prescribed a very expensive medication (she told me the medication would be $5 to $10 and turned out to be over $50!) which ended up doing absolutely nothing for me. And the condition just got worse and worse. After going to a Doctor who did more than glance at my tongue for half a second I found out it was oral lichen planus, an auto immune disease. I spent over $125 at CVS but when I called their customer service they refused to refund my money even though they misdiagnosed me. Not happy at all! They strictly make guesses rather than performing diagnostic procedures, tests or referrals etc. to support their diagnosis. Keep in mind if you go to the minute clinic you are gambling with your health-it will be hit or miss based upon merely guesses. So you have a 50-50 chance they will be right, but what if they aren't?

The nurse practitioner that was on duty was very sweet and thorough. I didn't have to wait long to be seen.
