Employee Messiah refused to sell my wife a part for our car (ignitioncoil)she pointed out that we had already bought one from them before, he said she had to go to a garage to get it done. It was an ignition coil that takes about 15-20 minutes to change, and what makes this so bad is that he called his boss so his boss was aware of this total disrespect for a customer so we went to auto zone to get it without any problems oh and by the way messiah I would put my wife up against you any day for fixing cars she used to race cars when we were young your mom should be ashamed or herself for raising a cocky smartmouth like you.

Great experience here! I needed a new headlight and Messiah and the commercial manager Kyle helped me find the most affordable option. They even went above and beyond by installing it for me!

Came in with battery/starter issues. Amy was terrific and diagnosed the issue, helped with new battery, and saved me a trip to the dealership. She made the whole process easy. She needs to be considered for a bigger role with Oreilly in the future.
