I'm giving 2 stars for carrying some of the things I needed. But less than 1 star for low stock and lack of customer service. When I walked into the store I was not greeted by anyone. Although the couple that came in a few moments after me was immediately greeted as well as the next customers that came in after them. The cashiers were still assisting the same customers they were working with when I walked in a few moments before so it's not like they were too busy to notice. After all there is a loud bell that rings when you walk in so it's impossible to say they didn't notice I had walked in. When I was shopping one of the cashiers, the one in a gray suit, pushed herself in-between myself and the shelf I was shopping on. I am not sure if she was trying to make a statement, not sure what, but that was very rude. If I had done the same to her I am sure she would have taken offense. I just smiled and kept on shopping but I needed to say something as that isn't right or okay to do to a paying customer or any human being for that matter. Especially one that hadn't done anything to receive such a rude response. Moreover, that same cashier assisted one of the customers for an extremely long time which caused a little bit of a line. The lines were not orderly and communication between staff and customers was selective. I shopped here because I enjoy the Sally's brand but due to their lack of organization, poor customer service and low stock (hair dryers we mostly sold out) will keep me from returning to this specific location.

I placed an online order for 3 of the same items to be delivered. Unfortunately when the delivery arrived from the store, I only received 1 of the 3 items. I called the store and explained the situation and instead of being met with courteous and apologetic customer service; I was instead told to drive to the store in which I explained I cannot and that's why I paid for delivery or to get a refund for what I didn't receive. In the end it took over an hour of me calling the store for the lady to issue me a refund for what I didnt receive.

I have been going to Sally's for about 13 years. They are so helpful at this store. I am currently using the freeman's hydrating gel face mask and my skin feels amazing. Great products, great service and great price.

Came in for a hair trim since my other personal salon I’ve been going to for years is closed Monday and my only day off work. I decided to try this place. the lady just cuts straight across. I now have to make an appointment with my lady at my salon to get my hair redone. Never let anyone I don’t know cut my hair again

Shelby made me feel so comfortable in an overwhelming environment for me as I am not very knowledgeable with beauty supplies. She was informative, relatable, and gave me step by step directions on how to tone my hair properly. She honestly was such a pleasure to shop with and I came out of this experience learning something new. Shelby is great!

The store hours for Wednesday say 10am-7pm I arrived at 11am doors locked no sign and shorty in the back counting boxes I called but she don’t even wanna bring my product out even if it’s ordered curbside pickup. If you’re short staffed shut the store down and put a note on the door put it on google something sis STOP WASTING PEOPLES TIME inconsiderate as hell. Find myself a vendor so I can stop shopping with poorly managed businesses like this one.
