My mother and I needed to pop in to get some trust work done today and William greeted us. He was personable, professional and a breath of fresh air in a sea of stuffy bank types (we had gone to 3 previous banks earlier in the day). He was a pleasure to deal with and it was a good experience.

Wells Fargo has gone downhill. Got charged 2 NSF fees EVEN though I transferred money from another account to cover them my balance was 0 and 3 hours later charged 70 dollars. Wish I could leave this bank. Obviously using customer money to pay for their problems. DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS ?

I stopped into this location on my lunch break to complete a couple transactions, and the customer service representative (Gianfranco) behind the counter was beyond fantastic today. Thank you very much Gianfranco for being so courteous and polite. That seems to be a rarity nowadays, so you definitely stand out above the competition.

Went into this bank last week to ask a few questions about opening a checking account. Person I spoke to knew very little (hard to believe this guy actually worked there). I did need to to know the cost of opening a safe box. He did not know the cost. I gave him my email to contact me. Two days later no reply. Not very impressive, but many other banks!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER RECIVED . THE ENTIRE STAFF WAS RUDE AND WOULDN'T HELP ME WITH MY SIMPLE ISSUE .I barely greeted them before I got treated with attitudes. Final outcome is that I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT FOR GOOD . And you should too if you're reading this . !
