Same issue, why they have time set for appoitments every 10 min, if they spend at least 30 min per person.

Appointments do not matter. Made an appt for my daughter at 840. Did all precheck in, check in, and paperwork requirements. Was there early and first because my daughter had to get to school. Nurse practitioner, Lindsey Jackson Drago, thought it made more sense to take the guy who arrived after me first. Result being my daughter and I still waiting in the lobby to be seen as said man strolls out the door, my daughter late for school, and me missing an appt. I called to express my concerns and stated I wanted a follow up phone call. Customer service rep, who very nice, told me she would escalate to leadership but couldn’t guarantee a follow up phone call.I would not recommend this place to anyone. The only reason we used it is bc we were in a time crunch and could not get in to see our PCP.

Worst, experience ever. Made an appointment online 2 days prior. Showed up 10 minutes early and still had to wait 30 minutes. No one greeted me. Other people are walking wondering what’s happening, so I’m going to walk out they’re not getting my business today. The person on staff Looks like they hate their job.

Terrible service is better go to urgent care clinic. I don’t recommend it . I wait more than two hours for my appointment. My appointment was for 6 and they took me after 8 that’s ridiculous

Dr. Janish Green was very professional and easy to talk to. I walked in feeling bad coughing with bad sinus issues. She gave me medication that cleared me up and I felt better quickly. She listens and is very personable. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of health care.

Made an appointment online but didn’t note the confirmation number. Arrived on time and found nobody visible to help check in. Tried checking in on their computer but couldn’t without the confirmation number. Finally a person came out from a room in the back but she completely ignored us. A door opened and there was a lady sitting there working on a computer. I asked her if she could help and she said if I don’t have a confirmation number then I don’t have an appointment and can’t be seen.So if you want to be absolutely and completely ignored then go to CVS Minuteclinic.

They don’t even deserve a one star try to use the minute kiosk nobody’s there to help ask customer service. They look at you like you have two heads.

Waited in line just to fill out all the paperwork and come to find out they didn't have anymore appointments available. What a waste of time.

I have had great experiences at this location and have been here on multiple occasions. The last was to take my daughter, who hates to have shots, in for her vaccine. Janish was so good with her that my daughter has asked to go back there for future visits. My other daughter who also doesn't like doctors felt very safe going here. There may be a wait, but I'd take that if I get a provider who cares.

Don’t even bother thinking your appointment time has any baring on when you’ll be seen. I’m full fever about to pass out in the waiting room still waiting. I guess I was the stupid one thinking an appointment means anything . not like people are sick or anything

This Minute Clinic is always so mismanaged. Personnel doesn’t seem to understand how to do their jobs.

I made an appointment at this location for 9:30 AM on 8/23/20. Due to COVID-19, my confirmation stated that I would called when I could be seen to reduce unnecessary exposure. I waited in my car until around 9:50 AM, and decided to go inside to see if anyone could help me (this was after trying to call the MinuteClinic directly, but I was transferred to a calling center multiple times). Upon walking into the CVS, I noticed the entire MinuteClinic area was under construction. No big deal, except for the fact that there was absolutely no MinuteClinic staff. I went to the pharmacy and explained to the associate working that I had an appointment for the MinuteClinic at 9:30 AM. Long story short, the working manager's solution for not being seen was to knock on the provider's door, which of course nobody answered. I immediately left and will be taking my money elsewhere. I am appalled by the lack of communication, although no fault to the staff at CVS or their pharmacy, that this location demonstrated. From my eyes, the healthcare provider just decided to not show up to work. I wish I could not show up at work and face no consequences. I am leaving this review to strongly dissuade anyone who needs quick medical care from using this location. The unprofessionalism that I experienced today is enough to convince me to never use their MinuteClinic services again.

Only gave a one star because you had to put one to write a review. Terrible customer service. Son was scheduled for a return visit after receiving a TB vaccination. NOBODY in the clinic to see him at 9am (his appt time). He returned 2 hours later and still nobody at this location. Called customer service to find out why nobody was at this site and was told they had no idea, maybe hours were cancelled for some reason. Could not suggest what to do since this type of appt can not just be reschedule, but has to be evaluated 72 hours after original appointment. I insisted that somebody at their center had to have information and was hung up on. RUDE and very unprofessional on the phone. If your clinic has to cancel appts and close for any reason, they should check in with their administrator and patients should be notified. Will take business elsewhere and tell everyone I know how bad this CVS treats customers!!

This is a great clinic and a great Location! Terri Alpin is the best she found what was wrong right away. She’s the best I always look for her. Used to love the other one also Linda but she is not there anymore . I saw the new girl asked a question and she was nasty ! So I will stick with Terri Alpin if she is not there I will go elsewhere. You have a gem in her !!!!
