I went into this store the other day to get myself a new phone and Josh was the one who assisted me with everything! He was such a nice and helpful young man and made the whole process easier and less confusing on me. It was such a nice store and loved how Josh treated me. I CAME IN THE OTHER DAY AND I WAS HAVING SUCH A TERRIBLE DAY BECAUSE MY PHONE WAS ON THE FRITZ'S AND THE MANAGER MR.JOSH NOT ONLY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND BUT HE FIXED MY PHONE AND NOW I HAVE BETTER SIGNAL THAN I EVER HAD BEFORE HE'S VERY GOOD AT HIS JOB HE PROVIDED THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND I'LL DEFINITELY BE BACK SOON FOR ANOTHER PHONE UPGRADE
