Mavis in Yulee saved the day for me and my young daughters who were in town for the day. I realized I had a nail in my tire and it was leaking air. Luckily Mavis was open on a Sunday and they got us in and out of there quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend.

Outstanding customer service. Nina, the receptionist was extremely helpful. Although she was extremely busy, she took her time me when it was my turn. It is so pleasant to have such an honest establishment in my area. I highly recommend them

Nina was outstanding. We were evacuating from hurricane Milton. And, we had bad tires and breaks. She got us fixed up and back on the road in just a couple of hours. Thank you Nina. You deserve a raise.

Made an appointment through their website. Confirmation was sent. Get to the shop and the guy behind the counter smirked and said their system made the reservation at a Tire Kingdom down the street. What a joke of a business and waste of time.

Needed a new tire and decided to try Mavis.
Nina was at the front desk and it took her less than 5 minutes to select a tire and schedule the install. Nina was great!!!
30 minutes later I was driving out with my new tire.
The entire process was efficient, friendly and helpful! Great price for the tire too!
I’ll be back when I need another tire…or two!

I've never been treated so well!!!!! From walking in the door being greeted by Max all the way to the service technician Tommy ? We thought our tire would never get off as the lug nuts were STUCK on. They definitely went above and beyond for us. If you need anything from this location I absolutely recommend them!! Thank y'all for everything!! We appreciate y'all ?

Amazing!! I have the tire warranty. Helped me on a Sunday 15 mins before closing when another Mavis that was 30 miles closer wouldn’t. Super nice and very accommodating! ?
