Seems there's no local Safelight ifrustrated. YULEE, FL, requiring me to spend full day driving to a location in Jacksonville. Also, their attempt to simplify customer service with only online or app support can leave you very frusrted.

I'm 4 appointments in and have had 2 no shows, bad attitude, dirt on my dashboard, and my windshield is still not completed.These guys, hands down, are the worst service company I've encountered! No communication when it's most important, bad customer service, poor technical skills. Go with the little guy!As I read the other reviews I notice a trend; most of the bad reviews are in the last year. Lead ship is asleep at the wheel and Safelite is on a collision course.I asked for a call from a manager twice in the last 3 days and have crickets.One thing they did right......took my money!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Waited 5 days for the mobile service. Only to be told the day of service. That I need to bring in my car to shop. I ask for manager to call me it took over 3hr for a call back

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their TV commercial portrayed them as a great company, but they're definitely not, their garbage, they don't do anything. They sit on their hands they refuse to do the work that you need done. I needed an outer gasket for my windshield, they refuse to put that on. They said I had to take it to someone else separately, pay almost $1,000 just to get that done and then they said they would put the windshield in. Basically they don't do anything but just a bare minimum and it's like tons of red tape just to get them to even do anything. Twice I've dealt with them with my semi-truck glass and twice I haven't used them now I'm not going to use them again this time. Terrible customer service terrible service all the way around do not use these people I've already said that once and I'm going to say it again stay away.

This location does not exist in Yulee and it’s impossible to schedule a mobile visit. Used them in NM and it was good there but I gave up on using them here. Looking for other vendor.

I have USAA, set up an appointment and thought i was good to go for a Monday morning fix.I get an email amd text message Sunday afternoon saying"we are sorry you cancelled your appontment, please reschedule with us when you are ready!" Both messages stating i cancelled it. Except i did not. I call them and no answer. Maybe closed, ok... i try Monday morning and no answer 3 seperate calls about 30 moniutes apart after 9am, no answer and cannot leave a message. So i finally call USAA and they tell me that this Safelite did not get my glass on time so they cancelled it and were supposed to reach out to tell me this, exceot no communication at all. I reschedule for wednesday on Sunday afteenoon, but the lady at USAA says she apoligizes for them and she needs to check with them to be sure they will have it in by Wed... SHE CANNOT GET A HOLD OF THEM EITHER! she gives me the number i already have and i try two more times now into the afternoon and NOTHING.Going with Orange Blossom out of Jax... thanks for terrible communication. I had an appt to get the car towed on Wed for fix of mechanical issues and i just caused a cascade of troubles and ate up about two hours of my monday morning to get everything changed.Jessica at Orange Blossom even verified she would have the glass BEFORE locking in my appt time. Good idea!Safelite. Get your self together. Things happen but communication is needed. And see if you can have someone answer calls on weekdays! My goodness.Service: Auto windshield repair

Scheduled my appointment for May 12 between 8am-noon. Received a call at 10:30 saying the technician called out sick and they needed to reschedule. Scheduled for today, May 17 between 8am-noon. I called Safelite at 8:18am to confirm my appointment. The lady that answered the phone took my name and confirmed my phone number and said she would call me back in a minute. It is 12:17pm and no phone call back, no technician showed up, and they aren't answering their phones (I have called 7 times). I looked online and they have changed my appointment AGAIN to next week. I cancelled the appointment and will find another company to replace my windshield. Absolutely ridiculous!

Just another big business taking advantage of the "corona" situation. Trust me, shop around. You can do much better than this company. They wanted $960 to replace my windshield with aftermarket glass. I got a OEM windshield installed with warranty for under $500. And they came to me. The excuse they used was the "product shortage" and high demand. Give me a break.
