BEWARE!!! These folks get you in at a reasonable price and then before you know it, they jack up the rate. My rate was increased by $50 in 2 months. Will never use them again.

My experience using the actual storage unit was fine. No issues and easy access. My experience with the staff, particularly when moving out was less than ideal. What i feel was an intentional lack of transparency about the process cost me extra money that i really dis not have to pay, and when I reached out to express my concern (with respect and calmness), I was shuffled around and never actually got anyone from leadership to address me or the issue. That felt very frustrating to say the least.

I had a flawless leasing experience. The leasing agent was very knowledgeable and kind. I went to the storage facility and discovered that the unit I was rented was not ready. The staff moved me to a comparable unit without hesitation. Very nice staff kind, and courteous. I would recommend Prine Storage any day.

This was very quick and easy to sign up. I got to the place after hours and I didn't have any trouble with the unit. I stopped by the office with in the 48 hour window to return there lock and I was early but the manager was there and opened up for me to drop off the lock.
Very nice lady.

Amanda was very helpful. Prime Storage had several options and I was able to get what I was looking for. The pricing is fair and they're flexible with things like updating the insurance later after you've acquired the unit.
