I do NOT recommend Princess. The owner of the salon Princess AKA Ruby was angry on both visits. The first visit was tolerable, but nothing exceptional. On the second visit, she had her daughter to shampoo my child's hair with a fine tooth hair comb instead of her fingertips, and Ruby accidentally sheared a small piece of my child's hair in the back. I paid her $25 for my daughter's relaxer service, and she did not give me the hairstyle that I asked for. After listening to Ruby rant about her clients, I had enough of the negative atmosphere and Princess/Ruby. Never went back after two visits.Service: Hairstyling

Just moved to Albany 6 months ago.And I, have been looking for a cosmetologists that specialized in natural hair and silk press for my daughter and myself. Well, the first experience was great and my daughter loves the fact that the stylist was gentle. The second visit I allowed my daughter to go again just last Friday and was charged $127.00 for a silk press and by Sunday her roots were puffy it looked like nothing was done. I'm flabbergasted.??

My silk out appointment was at 12:30. The stylist did not get started until after 2:45 and did not use any straightening product on my hair. She just washed and pressed my hair. My hair stayed straight for only three days but I paid $90 for this. I do not recommend this place of business to friends or any woman.Service: Hairstyling
