Great selection of any products needed.
Had trouble locating a product. 6 to 7 floor staff and stylist walked by with no eye contact or speaking. I finally had 1 who spoke and assisted after 30 minutes in store.
Register service was good. Friendly there. Floor help was not wanting to be engaging.

We just moved here a year ago, this was the first time I’ve set foot in the ulta here and I had a Horrible experience with the salon. I made an online salon appointment for eyebrows at 5:40pm today. We rushed our dinner to get to the salon on time, when I arrived the lady at the salon was busy with another customer doing her hair when she looked at me and said “did you have a question about the salon?” I simply said “hi, I made an appointment online for eyebrows” and that’s when she scoffed and said “no you don’t, this is the only appointment I’m doing” referring to the lady that was already in her chair. She yelled for another lady and said “go get so and so because I’m not dealing with this” I’m assuming it was the manager that popped up at this point and asked for my name to look into the appointment and told me “the only thing I can do is cancel or reschedule the appointment” why have an online appointment scheduling program when yall can’t serve your customers at the scheduled time? I had them cancel as they were so rude from the beginning of the encounter to the end. I really wanted to go shop inside the store but after the conversation I had with both people at the salon I was very disappointed. I ended up going to beautiful brows in the mall instead and will not be back to ulta.

No greeting, asked the wax lady where did they do waxing & she just said “here” bad attitude; I’m not letting anyone with bad mojo touch me. I’m so sick of bad customer service. Didn’t get her name but she was an older lady with a crunchy hair store wig. Do better

This ulta location in Albany was very disappointing when I went. All of the testers were empty and had product all over them and on the displays smudged, it isn’t cleanly in there and all the testers make my skin itchy and burn. There is also none of the perfumes out for test smelling, the one or two men’s ones that are out are empty, this would be fine if any of the associates would be attentive and offer to unlock the case for test smelling. Do better ulta, I was sorely disappointed by this when I wasn’t able to smell a certain perfume and came out with itching skin from the testers.

Walked into the store wasn’t greeted at all. The team was planning on makeup. No one attempted to assist me, while shopping I asked for a specific product. Instead of helping me they pointed to the “area”. Never for the product, while checking out I asked for the product AGAIN, the cashier went over to get it and come to find out it was the glossy finish lipstick instead of the matte what I asked for… I won’t be entering this store front again even if it is local…. Just bad customer service all the way around.

The one-stop store for ALL of your beauty needs!! It's a bit pricey than other retail stores. But if you can't find it any place else and this beauty store is nearby, it's definitely the go to place! Not to mention they have ALL the shades in any product they carry!! That's definitely a plus!!

Lacy in Albany, GA is absolutely phenomenal. She is knowledgeable on ALL hair/skin types, courteous, helpful, & friendly. This woman is a gem to your location & deserves a raise bc she is not one that will be replaceable. Thank you Lacy!

This is the dirtiest, worst stocked ULTA I have ever been to. The associates meander though the store but don’t actually clean up after the patrons that play with the makeup (improperly without sanitizing ANYTHING) and then leave tissues and testers scattered about. A lot of the samples were empty / missing and most of the foundation shades were empty. Drove 45 minutes from my small town for nothing. Skip this store and just order stuff online.

Had a good selection of what I was looking for. One of the sales rep was very patient with helping me find the right lip color for my mother. Pleasant atmosphere. Would return to this location.
