Before getting told what I was getting back everything was already sent through before I said I wanted to accept the amount I'm thinking I was just signing papers on confirming my personal information correct it was to go ahead send everything through she printed the paperwork out and told me how much I was getting and told me for my 3 kids I couldn't get ctc I called Laura told me I could void my taxes before it got sent fully to the bank now I'm stuck with this amount I came to JH I was told yall do great job but I'm regretting my decision out of all of my years of filing I never got such a low amount and never got ctc

My experience overall was excellent and name of my tax person (Charles dyer ) location Athens georgia and allso didn't even have appointment Mr. Charles dyer worked me in this was not planned I was in the area and had plans to do them it library by one of the athens library tax service they were offering free and that service Athens ga library they were offering was very poor serice not advertised right so that's how I ended up at Jackson Hewitt tax service I went on line and got number and called and got Charles dyer Athens georgia office tax person answered phone and Sayed not bussiey if in the area that I was to come in and I Charles dyer will be very glad to help do your taxes and mr.charles dyer did and great job and as for the great customer service I was offered coffee and even had good music going in back ground and again mr.charles dyer was very nice person and allso as mr.charles dryer was doing my taxes was doing other services answering phone/ etc and again handled in a ordley manner so over all mr.charles dyer did a excellent job and a word of thanks.for a last minute doing getting me in .
