I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for Alexis exceptional service. She was incredibly helpful and efficient with securing my sons first apartment home. Her professionalism and responsiveness throughout the entire process was truly impressive. From sending over the virtual tour and when we arrive her personality and the apartment outshined our expectations.
I am very pleased with the service. On move in day she took on the entire tour and made us feel right at home and even gave us a full tour plus recommend some of her favorite places near by!

I had the pleasure of touring with Alexis the whole experience was great. She was so kind, helpful and really listening to what I needed and attending to my questions and requests. Her prompt follow-ups maintained that same level of kindness and professionalism as the tour. The building itself is gorgeous: clean, modern, open spacious floor plan . Between the space and Alexis warmth, touring here was a wonderful experience! Hidden Gem for sure.

I stopped by as a walk-in, and Jamison and Alexis still went out of their way to make me feel welcome and accommodated. Alexis was patient as I asked all of my questions, and she shared best options for me based on my needs - making her genuine care shine through. I had an incredible experience working with Alexis and Jamison. From the very beginning, they were professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer all of my questions, were quick to respond to emails and calls, and made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free.
What really stood out was their kindness and patience throughout the process. They both have impeccable taste and can pick out an apartment that fit your style and aesthetics. I never felt rushed or pressured—they truly wanted to help me find the right apartment. I fell in love with The Lowery. My son will be attending college in Atlanta and I would be so happy if he is able to move into The Lowery. Alexa was amazing. She was so nice and knowledgeable. I hope Michael will soon be a resident so my mind can be at ease knowing he is living in a safe and nice community.!!!!

Loved my experience here. 10 out of 10 highly recommend! If you have a question or need anything as a resident/future resident, Alexis is the person! She is extremely professional and follows through with every action. One of the reasons that I chose to resign my lease was because of the professionalism shown from the team here at the Lowery.
