Made an appointment to service my existing account. No one was at the front, so I just stood there. Waited 30 minutes only to be told I wasn't able to do what I needed to do. The rep said they called me, however, I did not receive a call nor was there a voicemail. Very unprofessional.

Shockingly bad service. I rarely leave reviews but this location is understaffed and completely unprepared for customer’s needs. Not sure why BofA let’s this continue as it is but this is reason enough to change banks.

I literally just opened a new business account with Bank of America - online - and I was informed by the agents that I could turn my signature card in - in person at a local branch which is convenient because I work not too far from one. Well, apparently the local branch doesn’t value customers who open up accounts online. The banker I encountered was a little snarky and reluctant to help me understand the paperwork while I sat in her office - and her energy was so incredibly off - I didn’t even trust her with imaging my documents. I didn’t feel she would at all. Honestly, this was a huge red flag for me. I’ve chosen not to bank with BofA since 2001 and there was a reason...however, I felt after all this time, that maybe things had changed within their organization. Apparently not. I’m going to close this account today.

They do not keep to appointments time, had appointment for 11:30am and waiting for over 30 mins with no show. Very annoying!

Not sure what bofa i went to in ATL but i had to get a temporay debit card, they did not inform or mention they would charge my account for 5$ in order to get it. No mention ir reminder that this would occur, i was never charged in the past for this so if its a new rule then i should have been informed either way while the process was in process. Soon as i can im cancelling my account ive had bofa for years and its been hell for years. I have had other banks and they were much better.

William, Darius, and Princess were more than helpful! I appreciated the time Darius took with me to explain everything and make sure I understood it, along with creating financial goals. The staff at this location is truly incredible. Definitely, the best banking experience I have ever had.

They are understaffed. I was told they could see me after the 2:30pm appointment, and then two people went ahead of me. If they can't see a client because they are understaffed, it's fine, just be honest and don't make someone wait for 45 minutes to then not be able to see them as promised. I already wanted to change banks, this is one more reason to do it, since I tried to take care of my issue over the phone and couldn't speak to an agent after a 30 minute wait. Oh, and the bank didn't have a restroom available for costumers, even though there was a 1 hour wait!!

Terrible experience in this location, the teller was not at all helpful while I was trying to deposit money in to my father in laws account. Even though we have done it many times before in other locations! And then while waiting to hear back from my husband, the teller was being extremely rude to an Indian man. The only reason I say this is because he was beyond friendly and helpful to the other woman he was helping before me. I expected more from a financial institution, especially when your goal is to gain more business. I can say with certainty I will never bank with Bank of America.
