I have had only great experiences with B.C. Mr. Hayes has been extremely available over the 3 cars I have had repaired over the years. Each one of the dings, crashes, scrapes, and flat tires we fixed as if they had never happened. ;-)

Bavarian Collision was very helpful when someone hit my front bumper, knocked it off, and then drove away. A previous repair had been done to the bumper by Crash Champions back when it was Bavarian Body Works (not the same as Bavarian Collision), but they refused to repair it without going through insurance. Omar and Bavarian Collision worked me in on fairly short notice, did a nice repair, and charged a fair rate. They were accommodating with my hectic work schedule and made it clear they would assist if I had any further issues with the bumper.

Fantastic overall experience with Bavarian Collision! I has some denting and paint damage to my 2024 BMW 530i and Omar and the team were able to fix it up just like new. Price ended up being exactly as quoted and timeline for completion was reasonable. And though I hope to not need their services again, I would absolutely recommend!

I had the unfortunate experience of having my two passenger side windows busted out while on a visit to Atlanta. The earliest availability to get them replaced was waiting five days. Bavarian was able to clean out the glass and cover my windows for me to drive safely back to Tennessee as I had planned. The last minute request was efficient and with great customer service. Thanks to the entire team for the help.

I recently had my Range Rover repaired at Bavarian Collision. Not only was I impressed with the results the customer service service was outstanding. Jabari made sure I was accommodated throughout the process and the waiting area was nice and clean.

Jabari was great! I had an issue with my Volkswagen’s door not working and he was able to get a technician, Luís, to fix it in no time. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs help with their car.

I originally brought my car in for an estimate and terms. They seemed extremely competent so I called back to schedule the work. A woman confirmed they would order the necessary parts and call me back to schedule the work once the parts came in. Four weeks later I’ve been calling and calling and leaving multiple voicemails but nothing! I have YET to receive a return call! That does not bode well. I can’t imagine trying to reach someone to get a completion timeline with this track record! If they do in fact do great work, I guess I’ll never know since no one will call me to schedule!

If I could leave 10 stars I would! Omar and the entire Bavarian Collision team were so kind and helpful to me as I navigated my first accident and repair process. My car looks newer than when I bought it! Cannot thank this team enough, I highly recommend them!

If I could give this business 10 stars, I would. This is an honest and trustworthy business, with a kind and responsive staff that delivers high quality work.
Omar is knowledgeable and answered all of my questions regarding work estimates, timing of repairs, and gave me a ride to/from the rental car location.
Nobody ever wants to be in a position for major repairs to their vehicle, but this is the best possible shop to come to.
