They use a Circle K sign out front then claim to not be a Circle K so they don’t have to honor Circle K discounts and rewards. I used to stop here to refuel rental cars before returning them to ATL. Never again!! I feel like a damn fool for ever using their gas.

Thursday November 21st 2024. Circle K let the world know that it was 40 cents off gallon of gas from 4p.m to 7p.m and this particular store did not honor it, said it was only at the corporate store. It clearly stated that ALL circle K has station will honor it.

This is the worst place visit . I you guys make circle k lot bad u never have nothing coffee is a big deal . I can’t even get my day started I’m looking to move from near here because your level of customer service is the worst I will never come here again

Today was the second day we return because we love the wedges when we purchase from the location on highway 85. So yesterday 01/26/22 we stopped to get wedges and had to call them and let them know they are raw on the inside. The young lady that answered apologized and that was cool. Now today I send my daughter to get me those wedges thinking they will fix the issue and she asked the young lady to just check the smallest one to be sure it’s done because of the situation the day before….the girl looks at her and says why would you come back her if it was wrong yesterday..we can’t cook it no different. The wedges was extremely RAW on the inside.. so I called the store and it turns out the young lady that served her is the manager. Who does that. Who tells a customer why would you come back if it’s like that. They had the chance to fix it but at this point we will never step foot in this location again. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A NEGATIVE 20 and if corporate is reading this it was the dark skinned skinny young lady with braids and a nose ring that clearly is a stain on the companies name
