I dropped off a 7 piece order and came back to get it 3 days later. However, 5 pieces of my order were missing. I came back the next day and Rochelle was a wonderful help. I explained to her what was going on and she responded quickly to retrieve my clothes! Thank you so much Rochelle!!! ??

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dry cleaner, especially with the lady at the front desk. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional, making the entire process unpleasant from the start. If you ever come even a few minutes earlier to pick your order, she will make a fuss .The quality of the cleaning was subpar, with stains still visible and clothes not properly pressed. I expected much better service and care, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning. Avoid this place if you value your time and clothing.

I should have read the reviews before I trusted them with my alteration. Not only did they ruin brand new $800 pants, management tried to act like they didn’t see anything wrong with them and claimed that they would know because they know how to sew.
They “scheduled an appointment” with their tailor for today and after driving 45 mins, I was met with a man who only spoke French and I had to spend almost an hour communicating with him through and app and friends to help translate. He claims he was not the one that messed up the pants, so I don’t know who to believe anymore. Left there with zero resolve.
I don’t know where else to go, I just know never here again.

OMG!!! THE WORSE EVER!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE!! If I could post without a start, they wouldn't have received one.
You get what you pay for! I totally regret falling for the one price cleaners, but I thought there was no way to mess up 2 pieces. Although the manager will deny that they laundered my polyester/linen suit, the evidence of the shredding of the two front jacket faux pockets was undeniable. They had the nerve to hand it to me without mentioning the damage. I discovered it when I got home.
When I went back, none of the 5 employees could help me but I insisted they contact the owner, Rochelle. She did get on the phone and had the audacity to state "l have a life", so showing up to handle my issue was out of the question. Instead she told me to leave it and she'll check it later. I did return and I could not wait to leave, so I accepted what looked like a amateur repair. I was devastated even more to discover that the repair was sewn right through the lining. I could not make this up. Then when I tried on the suit, it shrunk a little, the shoulder pads were wrinkled, and the pants were doubled creased. I would have made another trip back, but I know that it would be a waste of time because they simply do not know what they are doing.
THIS ESTABLISHMENT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. ROCHELLE SIMPLY IS TRYING TO MAKE EASY MONEY. They lack expertise on all levels. Her attitude was as if I am the problem. HORRIBLE!

DO NOT COME TO THIS CLEANERS. I REPEAT, DO NOT COME TO THIS CLEANERS. Ownership has changed again, and this time, it is a woman and a man who stoop to such low levels of customer service, it's disgusting. EZ One Price Cleaners on Cheshire Bridge is not the business we all have come to know over the years. The new woman owner is trashing its reputation, and there is nothing easy nor one price about it anymore. She makes up her own prices based on her mood because they completely took the prices off the wall. She curses at you when you question her and basically tells you from the beginning they're not gonna be able to clean any stains off of your clothes before they even try. The man owner is not any better. In the middle of my transaction, after he's already taken my payment, he tells me he can't process the rest of my clothes because he has to go make deliveries and they are about to close. Huh??? This place is horrible and I do not suggest anyone come here or continue to give business to places like this who want to abuse a customer base they didn't earn. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Do NOT go to this cleaner racist, disrespectful and they ruined my $500 tshirt on purpose because the lady working has zero idea what customer service is. Even the owner is worse when he does not know how to address an issue! Shame

Horrible horrible customer service. The owner closed and locked the door in my face BEFORE their closing time of 7pm even though I was literally right at the door. I had several clothing items in my arms which she saw me struggling to carry and drop a few items, and even still proceeded to look down at her watch and shoo me away through the door. I wanted to support a black owned company but I cannot in good faith give my money to a place that treats its customers like this.

This dry cleaner is the worst I've ever been to. The front desk woman was extremely rude and provided terrible customer service. It was as if she made up the higher charge of $9.99 to clean dresses past the calf, which wasn't posted anywhere. My clothes were dropped off Saturday and still supposedly weren't completed by 1pm Wednesday—I was told to return after 6pm. To make matters worse, my clothes had stains that weren’t there when I dropped them off. There is nothing good or professional about this establishment. Avoid at all costs!

Literally burned a hole into my $3500 Valentino dress. When I asked for an explanation the white man told me there was nothing to be explained and that it was simply something that happens. I would never bring even my cheapest clothes here. Please stay away!!!

The sign outside the store and inside the store say $3.99 any garments I brought in 3 dresses and I was charged close to $40

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ownership has changed and this place is going downhill fast. One of the owners cussed my wife out after they lost some of our clothing. Unbelievable.
