This place is awesome! I had a tire blow out on my boxtruck and managed to hobble it over there and they were able to fix it and change out other balding tires and I was sent on my way in under 2 hours. They were so reasonable as well!! I went from thinking it was a bad day to happy that I found a nice pleasant reasonable place to take my truck to get
worked on! Thank you!

This place show discrimination my husband walked in respectful and dressed nice asking if they’re hiring they told him no they just hired 2 ppl i went bk and asked was they hiring they told me yes this is so sad they stereotype blk men.

I took my car here and they put my tire on wrong even after i told them there was an issue. They looked at my tire again and said there was nothing wrong, despite my telling them that my car makes a pop sound when I turn my wheel fully to either side… This was not an issue prior to getting the work done. As a tire repair shop, repairing tires should seemingly be standard…no one pays money in this economy to leave worse off than they came. Hopefully a member of their team can remedy this issue before it gets worse or direct me to someone who can.

Both my and my husband’s cars developed a slow leak in one tire. He had been unable to find anyplace to get his tire patched and just kept putting air in it. I guess everyone just wants to sell you a tire nowadays. My neighbor recommended Gordy so we took our cars there immediately. They took us right away, patched them for a reasonable price, checked all the other tires, and we were in and out within 30 minutes. I highly recommend Gordy on Howell Mill!

Kinda shocked at the low stars left. Free country, for now, but the people working an Gordy are more than 5 worthy. They are prompt, great communicators and their prices are in- line with local shops, less than dealerships. Maybe the low reviews are from customers with extreme cases of neglect, worn out part, etc... stuff happens and atl roads are monsters for tires and suspensions... Gordy is a reputable place in a city with man many shady alternatives.

They are simply the best! We trust them with all of our vehicles. We can depend on them to diagnose problems and repair them correctly and they are reasonably priced. Love them!!

I would never take my car there anymore not to even get a tired changed. I went to this place because my car was running hot. We called them the next day they say the car was ready. Remind you that they put everybody car on diagnostic machine to tell the mechanic what’s wrong with the car. They gave my husband a code on whats was wrong. I stay 2 miles from the shop before we can get to the house the car still running hot. I called and asked them did they drive the car around, they said yes (that was a lie) they let the car run for 4/5 hours. I am not a mechanic but I know if a car is sitting still the temperature had is not going up. So they said bring the car back. I took the car back same thing. To make a long story short they took my almost $1,500 to stop a coolant leak. This place is a ripoff. Then after putting it on the diagnostic machine how and the world if you as a good mechanic going check for a head gasket blown. Now I need a motor instead of the car running hot. They SCAM me out of $1,500.
