Bad experience They know what wrong with the car they just clear the engine code and sell it to you … Engine light was on right after I bought a car here.. To whoever buy expensive car make sure do transmission test so you don’t have to spend more money to fix after !

I recently had an absolutely amazing experience at Gravity Auto Atlanta and felt compelled to share! From the moment I walked in, the entire team was incredibly professional and friendly.
The level of service was truly top-notch. All the guys: Igor, Taha, Mike that interacted with me was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making the process smooth and enjoyable. They answered all my questions clearly and made me feel completely comfortable and valued as a customer.
If you're looking for a dealership with a fantastic selection and, more importantly, a very professional and friendly staff that provides amazing service, look no further than Gravity Auto Atlanta. Highly, highly recommend them! They earned every one of these five stars!

Had a wonderful experience with Sahil! He was awesome. Took care of me the whole time. Quick response time and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy at the end of the sale. Would definitely do business with him and Gravity again! Car was delivered and looked as it did in both pictures and videos! Only complaint is it had 1 set of keys but that is not the fault of Gravity or Sahil. Wife is very happy!

I recently purchased a 2023 BMW 7 Series from Gravity Autos, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Jeremy was my salesperson, and he went above and beyond throughout the process. I first inquired about the car on a Saturday evening, and even though the dealership was closed on Sunday, Jeremy still took the time to reach out and follow up. His professionalism and responsiveness made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The car is absolutely stunning, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Highly recommend both Gravity Autos and Jeremy if you’re in the market for a luxury vehicle!

I’d give Gravity Autos 10 stars if it were possible AS FAR AS SALES. In just over one month, we’ve purchased a second car from Gravity Autos. Why? Simply because they’ve been the best at developing and nurturing relationships with their customers. As a dedicated customer of this brand since 2001, what we experienced at the Atlanta/Chamblee location in purchasing an amazing Mercedes Benz S580, was another best in class. Mike, Igor, and Ahad teamed up to deliver on an amazing machine.

I bought an awesome car from Gravity Autos Atlanta and my salesman, Doc, and Igor, the manager, made sure it was the most pleasant car buying experience ever. Moreover, I made the purchase from another state, sight unseen. Upon arrival it was immediately clear that I'd gotten a bargain price for a spectacular price. I can't recommend Gravity, Doc and Igor enough.

The group at Gravity Autos were very pleasant and extremely helpful in getting me the car I wanted. They made the process very easy and Musa my Sales Rep was terrific. He went way out of his way to make it happen. I am a tough buyer to crack, and he accomplished everything I requested. Hats off to them all. I recommend anyone who is looking for an exotic ride to give them a call.

Extremely disappointing experience — EV buyers, please beware.
Bought my EV from Gravity Autos Chamblee in May 2024, and over a year later they still haven’t properly registered it with the IRS for the clean vehicle tax credit. No response to calls or emails, leaving me unable to file for my $7,500 credit. EV buyers double-check that your sale was registered in the IRS system. Poor communication and accountability!
Plus I’m still missing rim caps on my Tesla!! Shameful

I had a 1st class sales experience working with Jorge Guerrero throughout the sales process. He and his Finance Mgr Ighor were very professional to interact with throughout the entire sales process. They were very detailed oriented. The 2023 Mercedes 450+ EQS SUV was delivered to me in Tampa Florida in pristine shape.
The follow up at the end of the sales was extremely impressive as they gave me the impression that they sincerely cared that I was fully satisfied as a customer.
My spouse will be looking for a vehicle soon and I am sure she will be calling on Mr Guerrero at that time.

Doc and Mike at Gravity Autos did me a solid. We discussed plainly and simply what could be done. Very transparent. I spoke with Doc on the phone and he was friendly and direct. Very professional service. We talked about a vehicle and negotiated a price out the door that was fair based on the market value of other vehicles. They provide prompt information within minutes instead of days. We can open communication through text and email and things moved within days.
I came in one saturday to test drive a car and I left the following week with the same car I test drove. This is what dealership experiences should be like. Direct, transparent and friendly. I would absolutely do business with Doc and Mike again.
They even threw in some comps in the end which I really appreciated. Even after I bought the vehicle and left they were still there to answer any questions or fill in anything that was missed.
I'm absolutely doing business with them again and recommending them to any of my friends if you are in the market for premium high performance vehicles.
