  • "Terrible, rude service. Staff continues their personal conversation while taking your order, and basically throw the food at you. Rude, bad customer service, nothing French or friendly here."
  • "Love this place, the associates are very very nice, I'm always greeted with a smile. Haters give bad reviews!"
  • "Gross, filthy and slow. Please eat somewhere else or wait until your past security for much better and local food."

  • "The staff act like they would rather be any other place than helping customers. They don't smile. They mumble so you can't hear them. I would get better service in a college cafeteria. For a high price restaurant like this the customer service should be top of the line. Hire staff that WANT to help people and whose face reflects it. The food is good, but not worth the Seinfeld Soup Nazi treatment you have to experience."
  • "I love pure French pastries. This modify French inspired parties is ok but they Americanized it and added sugar/glaze to almost everything even the MADELEINE. I definitely was not impressed. Not my taste but some people will like it tho."
  • "Upscale version of Panera. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The pick in three options are reasonably priced for the freshness and quality of the food. The salad options were plentiful and a welcome variation from the typical salad options. The bakery options are enticing. The lemon chunk cookie and the tarts are tasty."
  • "I ordered the quiche, which was good. The parfait was not as good as I had in their Washington area restaurant. The service was slow and not very good."
  • "The food was good, but the service was terrible. I had wanted to order oatmeal but the people working there were too lazy to take 10 minutes to cook some fresh oatmeal, as they had ran out. If there weren't a lot of people there, I would have understood if they didn't want to make extra oatmeal that would later get thrown away, but the restaurant is filled with people. The staff was also really slow at literally everything. For the price of the food, the service is terrible!"
