I placed an order for 3 copper bracelets on Nov 09, 2020. I sent 2 emails and one Facebook message concerning my order. I received no response. I placed a long distance phone call to the business. The person who answered the phone said that they would look up the order and call me back. That was 2 weeks ago, no one called. I have gone as far as to contact the payment system to make a complaint. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. At this point, I just want my monies back and never to even mention this so-called business. They are still advertising on Instagram that they have new products. BEWARE!

Great product. But I waited over a month for it, AND I had to email and call multiple times, just to connect with someone. Once I did, it only took two days to receive the product, because I live in the same city as the business. The only apology I got was a "Sorry 'bout that." Very frustrating. Glad that they aren't the only ones selling Shea butter. I will never purchase from them again. Yes. Support small businesses. But also, some small businesses need to have better customer service, in order for me to continue to support.
