Kudos to Allstate’s Rebecca Carter. She went above and beyond to help us on a towing reimbursement where there was delay in getting reimbursed. She followed up daily to get the matter resolved and sent us regular updates
to keep us informed of the progress. She is a true professional.

Rebecca was so professional and patient with me. She helped me understand things about my policy and didn't interrupt even when i interrupted her. She handled everything with grace and went above and beyond her duty. so glad to have people this nice and peaceful in a chaotic world we live in now. Wish i could give 10 stars!!!
