Horrible experience with John, he was absolutely incompetent at his job. For starters he smelled like he didn’t shower for a week. Stood way too close to his coworker and it made me uncomfortable to witness. And he didn’t even know where to find what I wanted. To finish it all off, left the entire line ahead of me unattended to help a customer, with no other cashiers there. Dude gave me the creeps. Don’t know how he still has a job.

I love coming into this petco my dog love coming with me the staff is always so welcoming. Regardless of how busy the unlike some pet stores you can never find any one to help but at Edgewood Petco there’s always someone Willing and able to assist. Thank you for such an amazing team and being on top of the customer service it means alot keep up the good work .

I was nervous bringing my mini golden doodle here to get groomed but we had a great experience. The staff are friendly and my Rosie’s hair cut came out very cute and neat thanks to Sara!

Horrible experience with Sarah. This was my first time taking my toy poodle to be groomed, she is only 15 weeks old and we only wanted a facial trim. We showed a picture of how our puppy’s hair was prior to it growing out. We tried to be very detailed in what we wanted, it seem she was a bit agitated and ensures us that she only was going to cut around the eyes so she could be able to see. Our puppy was skinned down completely around the eyes, the nose area and on her face. The cut completely took away her teddy bear look, toy poodles are known to have full hair on their face and she skinned all her hair down. It was very upsetting, I spoke with the manager of the grooming center who provided a refund, but that only covers the service that I paid for, it does not do anything for the lack of judgment! Awful experience, I will not go back. If you want your dogs fur skinned then this is the place!! Don’t trust this establishment with your puppy’s grooming needs. You can see the AFTER and Before

I unfortunately have to give 2 stars based on what I witnessed a few days ago. My boyfriend & I have rescued 3 ball pythons from this location and we come to this location for their food because they’re usually always stocked on all feeder sizes. However, the past few times we’ve been in here & looked at the snakes all of their humidity has been dangerously low, I'm talking %10-15. One of their juvenile snakes looked extremely dehydrated and low energy so we brought it to one of the associate’s attention. He said “those temp gauges could be faulty, we’ll take care of them” & was basically trying to quickly dismiss us. As snake owners we expressed our concern about the temps being %40-50 lower than what they should be. So why not promptly check the gauges or change them out? Or even show genuine concern? They are juvenile snakes & you’re predisposing them to illness & just selling them to people…
