I like publix...... but I don't get into all the hype about them having better everything...... I know they can be a little bit pricey. You can get some good two for one deals that are pretty amazing. They have done something different with the potato salad. You will no longer be able to get the large 32 oz potato salad. They now have this smaller half size and it costs about $4.50 per container.. Not sure why they sized down.... definitely not a plus for the consumer because you have to buy more smaller containers to equal the size on the larger one which would have been more economical.

Getting a sandwich at the deli is a stressful event. It took twenty minutes for a line of all but two people. Twenty minutes. Two people. The lady behind the counter was looking dead in my eyes and moving slow. It was like a Tyler Perry movie. Store was clean though as always.

On Tuesday evening June 18,2024 there was an older black woman working in customer service. I did not catch her name, this was around 7PM. She wears glasses and has a short bob style haircut that is slightly curly. She is rude every time I come into the store. Why is she working customer service when she is not pleasant at all? She gets upset or angry when you ask her to do anything. I work in hospitality and have for 20 years, this woman has the worst attitude. Please remove her and replace her with a customer friendly person that actually has a friendly demeanor. If you don’t believe me, insert secret shopper. I’m a black man, I only mentioned this woman’s race to help with description.

This is definitely my favorite Publix in the area. If you order ahead, they will actually do it! They also don’t often sell out of sale items.

I always have an easy successful shopping trip here. Publix birthday cakes are above any & all thecompetition. The deli here seems to routinely have more staff than delis at other stores. Staff members who are in the middle of stocking shelves will stop to walk me to where an item is located! It's always beautifully clean.
