My appointment was at 1:00. At no time was I notified of the progress being made on my car. I came in for an oil change and two other items that needed attention at 90K. I didn't leave until after 5pm and the bill was over $600!

I was disappointed in the level of customer service I received on my second visit to Rick Hendrick. I found my experience off-putting. The sales agent made it clear she was there to make sales and not to provide the best service for my vehicle, which was disappointing. I do not usually have this type of experience with Toyota dealerships, and I have been a customer for a few years now. The sales agent recommended premature oil changes. She also recommended fuel system work, belittling the $700 worth of work I have done at Rick Hendrick in April. She said all I had done was have a cleaner fluid added, but she could not speak to why that was recommended. I felt like I was wasting a lot of money. I wound up only getting a tire rotation. I think. My air pressure in all four tires were still low when I left. Furthermore, I had an 11:20 am appointment. I arrived at 11:10 am. I left at 1:45 pm, making me late for an afternoon meeting. It was a poor experience all around.

Alex is the reason I keep coming back to get my oil changes etc at Toyota! He keeps things real and honest which is so rare in today’s world. He provides the kind of customer service that is needle in a haystack in this day and age, the kind of customer service that takes you back in time when quality care was more prevalent. I love working with Alex! He is incredible! He is kind, professional, and top notch!

Alex Davidovici was wonderful in helping me with my car servicing! He always provides a positive experience and makes sure to take the time to let you know he cares. He has greatly taken the stress out of getting my car serviced. I have been going to Alex now for over four years and don’t ever plan to use anyone else. We have even moved to a different area and I still plan to make the drive to this specific location to continue working with Alex!
