Wow!!! Yemi and her associate went above and beyond! They helped me to navigate the hectic Christmas season gift giving gauntlet! Thank you on my 6 shoe purchase! I'm beyond happy with that experience right before Christmas. She literally removed all my shopping anxiety.

I found the Ponce sneakers online and was excited to go to the store and try them on! Upon arriving I was not greeted. However I found the shoes and couldn’t wait to try them on. I went to the front desk where four employees were all talking. I stood there and waited to be assisted. Unfortunately no one helped. I then interrupted their conversation and asked for the size I needed. They all looked at each other as it they had no interest in helping me. Finally someone said I will get it. They did fit and I asked to be ranged up. The same employee assisted me. Only she said no words and did not show me the sizes of the shoes and that they matched. I took the shoes out of the bag then out of the box to ensure they matched. I’ve never had such an experience where an employee or team of employees could careless about helping. Thanks Tamora for getting the shoes and contributing your negative energy to my experience.

Amazing amazing amazing customer care! Jeremiah is an amazing sales person and has a beautiful inviting smile. Great job management for hiring the right person for the right job! He went above and beyond. I will definitely be returning very soon.

Today I’m giving five stars to Leslie, Aaliyah and the other two young ladies. They were extremely kind and helpful. I really enjoyed their terrific customer service. They went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase today. I would definitely recommend this location.

The store was closed in the middle of the day. Two employees just standing at the register, music blasting, store roped off...no acknowledgement or anything!

I had the best experience at this Steve Madden today. I was having trouble returning an order that I had made online and the customer service representative that I had gotten in contact with via email was absolutely no help and refused to allow me to exchange an item. The minute I walked into this Steve Madden store, they were understanding and provided unbeatable service. I would absolutely recommend shopping here.

The young lady and young man was so nice and pleasant with great customer service skills. I don't know there names but they work the morning shift keep up the great work so hard to find since the pandemic.

Had such a great experience at this location today! I had only shopped the outlet stores before so I was a little intimidated at first. But both the manager and the associate there today made me feel right at home and were super helpful pulling my sizes and offering suggestions. The manager got my email set-up so I was able to save 20% today as well. I bought two pairs of shoes and a bag, and I am so excited to wear them! Thank you ladies!! Can’t wait to visit again!!

I will not order anymore Steve Madden shoes, online or in store. Reason being is… If I receive a pair in the mail that has been worn and I try and take them back, there is always the question of did I wear the shoe myself, and then try to return. Even though there are dishonest people in this world, I will not wear shoes out and take them back. This is not the first time I’ve received worn shoes from online or store orders. I wish so much if you guys would look at the shoes before sending them out.

Pregnant women always has an attitude. I've been here couple times and sometimes they take forever to attend you because they're too busy talking to each other.
