Sue was expert at moving us through the loan process—she was both knowledgeable and courteous in dealing with all my many questions! If I could give Sue more than 5 stars, I would! As a first time home buyer, I had a million questions that Sue answered patiently and expertly, and -most importantly- without condescension. She was such a great resource throughout the process, including on aspects of home buying outside of just the mortgage itself. We can't say enough good things about Sue Hamilton. She's patient, super responsive, intelligent, and compassionate. It took us over 14 months and several offers to FINALLY find our home. She is one of the reasons our final offer was selected. Not only did the seller's agent trust and like working with Sue, but Sue also advocated on our behalf when the selling real estate agent called to verify our offer.
