I was in the store for close to half an hour. No one greeted me or checked on me the whole time, and a sales person walked right past me (after helping someone else) and ignored me. It wasn't busy at all. I bought one thing and had it gift wrapped. At least the person at the counter was friendly.

Super sweet staff. I came here for a calligraphy class and had a great experience. The store is so cute and they have a lot of items for parties and events.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Whoever the lady is who sits behind the invitation counter SUCKS! She was cold, distant, and offered no help at all. She is not the right person to work in that position. I just walked out. For reference I was there today, February 3, 2024 at 5 PM Eastern. Hopefully this will let you know who I'm talking about specifically. I'd rather take my business where I feel appreciated.

Terrible online experience ordering. They do not acknowledge your online order, phone numbers listed on the site have been disconnected, some email addresses are no longer valid and inquiries are not acknowledged for several days. By the time I heard from them I had already canceled by credit card to prevent compromise to my credit and that is a very involved and onerous procedure. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Caveat Emptor.

I like some of what I find here, but have found it overpriced for the most part. I was preparing a gift bag and removed the price sticker, only to find Swoozie's had marked it up 25%. Of course, I don't care about the dollar, it's the principle, and 25% is a lot on a more expensive item.

I love swooshes! It's the best place to pick up personalized gifts from everyone in your life! I can even call them, vaguely describe what I want, and it's perfectly made and wrapped when I need it for pick up. Everyone who works in the store is lovely and they work very quickly. It's surprisingly affordable to make it purchase personalized gifts and even the in stock regular store items are great to make any activity more festive.

Frequent shopper here for unique gift items. Yesterday, I wanted to purchase a gift bag. They are behind the counter about 10 feet away. There were 2 people behind the counter, but they would not allow me to look at them!I just wanted a closer look to make a selection. Staff rudely told me I could not come closer, and I was told I was welcome to leave.
