I have lived here for two years. To be honest, it’s the best apartment experience I’ve ever had. Maintenance is great. Amenities are kept up well. Never been too noisy. Great location. The only two downsides are 1. the trash that piles up next to the chutes. They say they will fine people who leave their trash in the hallway but they never do. So you have to get used to see your neighbors piling their garbage next to the chute. Not great. 2. The price. West Midtown is struggling and many places have closed. So the lifestyle you are paying for in this area is gone. I wish the rent who drop a little to match the reality. Anyway, other than those two things, I really do think this is a great choice to live.

I lived here for 15 months from 2023-2024 and I’m only moving out because I’m moving to a new city but this is a great building. If you are new to Atlanta and are looking for a walkable area with decent - great community and locations this is where I’d recommend. The building also has great amenities including a gym, pool, sauna etc. It’s great for young professionals looking to explore the city. The best part of living here though are the people working in leasing, and a standout is Media Hinkson. She’s an absolute gem!. Very professional, always willing to help, provides detailed information when presented with any issues or questions and always provides resources. People like her make living at Windsor a great experience because you know that the staff are always willing to help and seem like the enjoy what they do. Great experience overall especially for a new comer to Atlanta.

Solid choice of apartment to live in, but there are 2 aspects where they really suck at, making it only a 3 star review. Package management is a joke, it used to be nice but recently I lost 2 consecutive amazon packages, it's like someone is intentionally stealing from me. Parking management is also questionable, with the garage door malfunctioning every once in a month and them sending you a ticket for parking a car that's not known to the leasing office.

I lived here from 2021-2024. The good: modern units, sauna, hang out areas. The location is pretty awesome and walkable to many fun spots. I did end up making friends here too as it skews early thirties.
The bad: Water bill was consistently around/over $100. Expect rent increases.
Pool can be super noisy with kids or loud parties, so keep in mind when selecting a unit.
The parking was the worst part of living here. Make sure to ask if they use Professional Parking Management for enforcing parking. If they do, I’d REALLY reconsider living here unless you don’t have a car.
Not only had I (as a paying resident) got their scam tickets, my family and friends have even though they registered their vehicles. I don’t know if they can truly send the tickets to collections but do your own research. And the year I was moving out, Windsor must have not communicated to them because I received a ticket for every single time I left my apartment. And it took them months to remove them from the parking website.

I’m currently a resident here, and I’ve got to say it’s been one of the best experiences I’ve had living in an apartment! Every time I’ve needed help, someone’s always been there. Like today, Media was there get me into my apartment when i locked myself out and absolutely saved me from a panic!

I love everything about this apartment. My move in process was amazing. The leasing team was extremely helpful. I could not have made a better decision on a place to live. Wonderful amenities and everything is close by!

I would like to leave an amazing 5 star review for Windsor Interlock! This has been the best experience in all my years of living at an apartment community! Natalie, Media, and Amalia took such good care of me everyday with any of my needs and are so personable and made it easy to come to them with any questions. Jorge and Brandon always delivered A1 service with all of my small work orders and made sure my home was in exceptional shape. I miss Windsor Interlock so much. Because I had such great service here I even stayed with the Windsor company when I moved to Texas. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone!!

I could not be happier at Windsor Interlock! From the apartment selection process to the application process, then move-in, I could not have asked for a smoother experience. First, Media & Natalie were so helpful in finding the perfect home for me which I was scared would be impossible since I had pretty specific requirements. Once I was able to view that exact apartment Jessica accommodated me on a busy Sunday which I am so grateful for since my mother was only in town for a short time. On my move-in day, Amalia truly made it the easiest move-in day I've ever had. She was communicative about the loading area, parking instructions and had a detailed move-in folder ready for me! My apartment was so clean when I moved in, and everything was functioning perfectly. Luis from the service team gave extra attention to my pup and that really made me feel right at home! So very thankful to the Windsor Interlock team!

I’ve loved living here with a spacious apartment in a fantastic area. Everyone in the leasing office is extremely friendly and helpful any time I see them or need assistance. For a big building, it does not feel packed and is generally quiet with great amenities and courtyard areas. 4/5 only considering there are some rules that could be better enforced - including floor coverage to prevent vertical noise, non-smoking, and trash rules. But generally it is a matter of whether other people are respectful tenants and not always on the management. Coming from NYC I know this well and am overall so happy in this home!

They let AI reply to emails, which is already ridiculous, plus they charge a bunch of fees like lifestyle fee, valet trash fee, pest control, parking...which could cost $100/month on top of rent, and that doesn't include electric, water, and internet. Not to mention units are unfurnished, why don't you sell tents?
