Fellas working there were nice and all but severely unorganized. I had a timely reservation for a truck at 7:30am today and waited at front desk for an hour before getting helped. I hope they improve their organizational skills

Purchased 40 bucks worth of garment boxes I had to go back inside and get a rod for a box that was missing one! Wth... Asked about a trailer they looked at me and said yes sir what do you need. Y'all need help!

Best U-Haul location in Augusta Ga, the customer service is top notch!! Extremely helpful getting me on the road, whether I need a trailer or a moving van.
This is the only U-haul location I will use in Augusta Ga!
