First of all the Manager as well as the Customer Service Rep was extremely rude!!!!! I asked the person who waited on me if I could use some money that I paid to add a watch to my account , which I did . I will round the numbers off. 57. dollars and change . I asked politely, if that money could be rolled over so that I didn’t have to pay so much on the phone bill. For the transferring over my new phone. He looked at me like lady you’re CRAZY no, he can’t do that we will not do that. I was sooo upset . Then I believe he said he name was Lopez. So my next question, I said to him OK so I can’t use the money that I already paid for something that I didn’t get to watch it wouldn’t charge up and $10 fee on top of that. He went over to the manager to discuss what I had asked him and they both started laughing. How ignorant can people be you pay for service? You don’t get a service they charge you for everything in the store. Nothing is free anymore. Verizon it is a rip off. It used to be “The BEST now see them as the WORST !!! I was at the corporate office in Dothan, Alabama. Corporate offices are supposed to add to our positive experience. They didn’t . They do care . They’re Ignorant. I stay there for three hours paying for transferring the phone over, paying for the charger plug as well as other things that should be free. Two thumbs down Verizon. You charge too much and when I mention going to another company , Lopez was like ok go not sweat off his back.

When in there with 2 brand new phones. In the girl that was in there, Starla. Lock both of the phones was enabled to use either one of them. It cost me a $150 to get the phone's unlocked so I can take them somewhere else and have them switch. It's ridiculous she does not know, but she's doing. Please stay away from her.
