Manager at the store, help me with my return. It was polite, courteous, and helpful. I was in and out pretty quick I got an apology for the inconvenience and the bad customer service that I received while I was in the store I was in the store overall, he had great customer service

Travis, the manager of this store, is awesome ! Going out of his way to resolve all of the obstacles and conundrums created by AT&T online customer services. Many thanks Travis, for restoring my faith in human kindness.

I went to the store to get an upgrade. I was greeted by Tijuana. She stopped her greeting with me to take a call from what I assumed was a more important customer. I told her I saw on line that I could upgrade to 15 pro max for 19 dollars a month. She said no it would be 39 a month. I tried to show her and she said ugh and called over the manager and said “ can you tell her that it will be 39 a month”. He said she may be talking about the extra 500. Then she said will I have to redo everything if it doesn’t. Long story. They didn’t have the phone in stock so she had to order it for me. Problem with the delivery. So today I brought both phones in and she was so incredibly rude. I wish I could leave below one star. This woman should not be in sales or customer service. It makes me sick to think she may have earned a commission off of my upgrade. Tried to contact the manager. No response. Now I’m tied to AT&T for three more years. You can bet I will never go back into that store. Sub par customer service. Actually very rude. Avoid this store.

A big thank you to Travis, the associate who was such a tremendous help after my wife purchased her new IPhone and couldn’t get it to link to her Apple Watch. Travis knew exactly what to do and stayed with us at the store until the process was completed. Travis was very knowledgeable, eager to help and extremely personable, also. Wish all retail associates were as good as Travis!

Cathy was fantastic. She got my new phone up & running, swiped my old phone clean for me in under 10 minutes. She was also friendly & courteous.

Customer Service is not good. I went to this ATT store yesterday, as I was pulling in the parking lot. I notice one of the workers was outside on their smoke break.When I proceeded to the door. The worker had went in the store very fast and she locked the door because it was 6:59 and the store closes at 7:00.

Our customer service rep. Tijuana was very knowledgeable and super nice. She made us feel very comfortable with our decision to leave Verizon after being with them for 28 years.

Their little mishaps and wrong information wasted time. They could benefit from more training and less side joking amongst each other. They are very impatient with customers and their concerns if they are not getting a piece of the pie. If you need help with the payment machine expect a lot of sighing and teeth sucking. If you misunderstand the question expect eye contact amongst them and talking under the breath.

I went to the store to do a trading in and I met Cathy and Travis, they greeted me and helped me out right away. They helped me very well. They were very knowledgeable. I was in there for about two hours dealing with my phone but they kept checking in on me and I also watch them interact with their other Customers and can I tell you they were awesome with the customers as well! I thank them very much for their help and I will go back to AT&T just for Cathy and Travis. Thank you.

Fantastic experience! Travis was friendly, knowledgeable and work hard to meet my needs and save me money!
