This was my second time coming to this particular store in the same week. They only have 1 person working, and the line was out of the door. The lady that was there moves too slow. They need extra workers on weekends.

Just opened a new line at this store with Marco!! He was wonderful! The whole experience was enjoyable and super quick. 10/10 and 5 stars!

i have been a long running customer with crickett. it was all great. But i have noticed zero flexibility. i asked to miss one month do to military duties and they wouldnt budge. after years of paying them all it comes down to is money. they do not care about customer. also there are cheaper options that give same if not better service. NOTE* this has nothing to do with this store specifically.

I had several most excellent experiences at Cricket Wireless. Those guys in there more helpful to me with my smartphone then any help I've received anywhere in Brunswick. I was assisted in using my talk-to-text whereas when I went to Walmart they just tried to sell me another phone but these guys help me to make use of the phone I have which is nothing wrong with it I would recommend them to anyone over any place in Glynn County any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

I started using Cricket in November of 2017 and the service was good, I bought LG Styis 2..I really liked it, big screen etc. Ok the bad part, today I went into the Store and even though they have one on display they refused to sell it to me. They said " We cannot sell the display" I was told a few weeks ago that they would not be selling that model anymore. So then I said, if you are not going to be selling that model, sell me the display. He again said, we cannot sell the display. Now I do not want to change or try to change their policy but this makes no logical sense to me. He did show me other similar phones but that would would mean I had to buy another case. I told him, I would be getting another carrier. I will never ever go to this store again. Unless someone wants to make this right, I am done with Cricket forever. They said they could not transfer all my data from my phone to a new phone, Sprint Can, Verizon can, Cricket can't or won't..I made a huge mistake with this company...Done.
