The women was probably the most unhelpful and rude person we've experienced in the US.We had UK driving licenses, credit card and two utility bills. We had to find proof of address on our phones as this has never been asked before when hiring a vehicle. This was extra difficult for us to show proof of address on two utility bills as we've been sailing abroad for the last 4 years. The other lady said, in a rude manner 'Everyone has bills'. Also asked, if we were in college?! No, we are two business owners in our 30s.After 10 minutes, she spoke to her manager and decided we needed proof of accommodation, as a travelling yacht we didn't have this. Proof of transit and cruising permit we not even an option.This Hertz Pickup don't allow 2nd drivers on the policy, even at an extra charge?!The week before we hired a car in St Augustine Hertz for a day and the guys couldn't be more friendly. So ashame we didn't get the same here.We then decided to go to Enterprise, wow what a completely different experience, 100% amazing customer service, paperwork completed in 10 mins with a nice new shiny car. Thanks Enterprise!!!

The location is in a weird location. It was a little hard to find, but after about 10 minutes of looking for it, I called & the staff was very helpful in guiding me in (they're in this small little plaza that looked like only store fronts). Once there, she was very friendly & efficient. If I need to rent again, I will definitely be checking with this location.

Rented a car on 3-6-2023. Called ahead with my information. Walked right in, paid and was out the door in less than 5 minutes. Very friendly and fast. Which I was very thankful for due to it being short notice and in a hurry. Would recommend.

My insurance made a reservation for this location on 9/24/20. I called hertz main line the same day, they gave me a direct line. Over the next 10 days I left 2 messages and called 3 other times; no answer or return call. On 10/5 I went to pick up my vehicle. I had to call a number on the door. Lady said they hadn’t had any vehicles since 9/30, and I should go to Enterprise! This woman is sitting in a locked up building refusing to return calls, pick up the phone, let people in, book rental cars and is actually referring people else where. All while getting paid.

Made a reservation here for a midsized car, when we called they said they only had compact sized cars (if you don’t make a reservation 24 hours in advanced then you’re not guaranteed whatever they claim you reserved). We then asked the woman on the phone if we could coordinate picking up a midsized car at one of the 3 other nearby Hertz locations and she said we would have to cancel our reservation with them and start a new one with them and so we said never mind we’ll see you soon and hung up. 5 minutes later we arrive at her location and she tells us she canceled our reservation and they already gave our car to someone else. The woman offered no alternative and rudely insisted that we had told her to cancel the reservation which we DID NOT. Customer service is terrible. This is the last time we rent through Hertz.

Had to rent a car due to a very nice lady rear ending us at an intersection. Her insurance took care of the details but the ladies at Hertz were very accommodating, even swapping out the first car when the tire light didnt go off. Easy in and out, very professional. Keep up the good work!
