I have tried calling numerous times to order pizzas and they won’t answer my calls or hang up on me. Of course my number sticks out to them because it’s a Pennsylvania phone number that I have not had changed when we moved back here.

Most of the time the customer service here is great. I had an experience with an associate named Hunter this evening that was not the usual pleasant experience. He was very “cheeky”. When purchasing alcohol he said he didn’t need my ID, I asked if he needed to scan it because the last time I was told it was necessary for a “rebate”. He quickly responded with “that’s really just nicotine, and no offense, but you look well over 21”. Well.. I am.. but I am also still in my 20’s so I wasn’t entirely sure how to take that. Lol.. Regardless of that employees fun personality, I felt his demeanor didn’t benefit the store in any way like the other employees do. He also provided a quick pick lotto ticket when we asked for custom numbers, but let us know we needed to pay anyway and purchase the other separately. Again, not a problem, but I felt someone in charge of the team should know.

Absolutely horrible service !! they can't stop talking, about shoes long enough to ring someone up. Do better get better help, or any help for that matter 3 cashiesr not one of them could be bothered to do their job

The breakfast food is okay but they will not fix the hot chocolate machine I just don't understand it you would think they would have fixed it during the summer.. bathrooms aren't always clean

This is not so much about parkers but about Rebecca who's been there about 2 months. My boyfriend and i went in to get late night dinner, grabbed the last two pizza slices, excited they had anything at all at 9pm. She took one look at the pizza and asked if we were okay waiting because the slices looked old and dry. We told her we didn't want to bother her and we were fine eating the slices as is. She immediately got to making a fresh pizza, and was definitely the best tasting hunts we ever had. She's great!!
