I took my car to an alignment and oil change at 8:30 am and the manager said it took about 3 hours which seemed strange to me but I still left it for the repair because I had other things to do. However, I returned at 2:30 pm and they hadn't done anything yet. After 3 pm they give me my car and I go to another store to buy other things and I realize that one of the tires is missing a nut and the adapter so that it is needed. I return so that they put the nut and I receive a hostile response and I scream from the manager claiming that I was a liar and that he had forgotten to say that when he received the car, which is not true because I periodically check the tire pressure.
It's not the first time I'm seeing that delay and lack of respect for other customers, but was the first and last time for me.
My invitation to customers; if you appreciate your time and being is to look for another place where to do these repairs. There is no added value on this site that you can't get elsewhere.

Asian guy wanted to charge my Wife $400.00 For 2 New Tires and they were used as hell.After noticing she demanded a refund and got her refund and still got charged $40.00 for removal of the tires.Then he made a comment thats why he doesnt like selling to people of her ethnicity.Becareful sending somebody you care about to get tires from thisguy specially a female Because he is sheep in a wolfs clothing,By the way he speaks Spanish BEWARE... Oh and the Supposedly new Tires wouldn't come we a Guarantee neither.

If I could rate it with 0, the man at the reception would do it. He is rudely disrespectful and has no professional ethics at all. I took my car, they left it poorly fixed and when I returned to make the complaint he told me that they can't do anything other than that. It was already like this when clearly they were supposed to fix it for something I paid for it, but they wanted to charge more money. If you don't want to waste your time and money, I don't recommend this place.

They made my oil change and I had a a strange feeling so I checked my oil level and there was a LOT of oil missing. It could have ruined my engine ! Totally not professional !!!!!!!!

If I could leave no stars I would. Mechanic is incompetent and they should really find someone better. We took our car for 2 front tires and an alignment. We got it back and it now shakes and still pulls to one side or the other. They refused to fix claiming it was our fault. Mind you we haven't even had our car back a week after their "fix". DO NOT GO HERE. they take money and leave things bad so you have to pay them more. 100% do NOT recommend
