Stopped in to grab a few cigars while on a business trip. Very friendly and inviting staff. Have a fairly decent selection of cigars in the humidor. Will definitely visit again.

I travel a lot and always look forward to finding a good cigar bar and this place didn’t disappoint! Very casual, the selection needs a little work but the ambience and people didn’t disappoint! Jeff, who was working there is a class act! Give this place a try!

Be aware of the parking on that street. Owner or workers are aggressive about parking spots without even knowing if a customer is coming into their establishment.

On a business trip and found El Jefe! A TREASURE! Very nice place. Staff were VERY nice and helpful. Atmosphere is top notch. Fairly priced compared to others. Great chairs, large TV, not cramped! Check this place out!

Five Stars are given with no consideration for the problematic employee BUT her behavior must be addressed because it seems to be impacting business. LONG BUT INFORMATIVE REVIEW.As a faithful customer of El Jefe, I’ve always appreciated their impressive humidor selection and the inviting atmosphere of the lounge. It's a place that feels like a second home to many, including myself.However, recent experiences have led to some reservations. Mandy's demeanor, particularly her passive-aggressive nature, has been a recurring issue. I have tried, and encouraged others to overlook this, but it has come to a point where it can no longer go unaddressed. This culminated in a recent event where her behavior became notably unprofessional. While issues can arise in any establishment, it's important that they're addressed to maintain the venue's reputation.It's evident that the overall vibe has shifted since Damon left. His presence was integral to the lounge's character, and it's been different without him. Thankfully, Cricket has been a consistent bright spot, always kind and looking out for patrons. Bo's friendly and professional nature has also been consistent and appreciated. He managed a situation involving Mandy with tact, ensuring that other guests weren't affected by her erratic, rude, and unprofessional behavior.It's concerning that many of our friends, and others I've spoken to, opt to meet elsewhere when Mandy is working. Even more disconcerting are the whispers regarding Mandy's potential bias towards female clientele. While both male and female patrons have expressed discontent, it seems women, in particular, feel singled out.In conclusion, El Jefe remains a preferred spot for many of us, but addressing internal issues is crucial for retaining its loyal clientele and upholding its esteemed reputation.
