I have been with Allstate for many years. The level of service that Johnisha has provided is unmatched. She’s always professional & attentive to my needs. She’s made sure that I have adequate coverage for all of my assets (personal & business) with great rates & savings. I’m always able to reach her. With the increasing insurance rates in GA I wanted to shop around, but I have a fear of loosing an awesome agent just to save a few bucks, not worth it to me. I have referred others over the years. In the event of a claim, I know that I couldn’t have been as stress-free without Johnisha as my agent.

I left my previous insurance company a while back to come to All State and have been a loyal customer for some time. Johnishia Jones and her agents were nothing but professional and easy to work with. I received my new insurance policy at a MUCH cheaper rate within minutes and most importantly, the process was thorough and easy to understand as a customer. Great policy plans with some of the best rates around.

I just want to take the time to say I recently switched my home and auto insurance from USAA to Allstate. My new agent, Johnishia Jones was absolutely amazing. She assisted me through the entire process. I didn't want to have to go through the whole changing companies process, but she helped me every step of the way. I will definitely refer her.

Poor customer service, no one is ever available by phone or in the office.Due to the lack of knowledge and guidance of my agent, I realized my deductibles were unreasonable 5,000, 9,000 for hail and wind and 49k for tropical cyclone. And reasonable person would not have agreed to such hideous deductibles. But, I recently switched agents and I now have a reasonable deductible i.e 1000 and 2500 and it only increased my yearly policy by 506. A little guidance from this agency would have been nice. But what can you expect if you never can speak or see anyone from this office. Those who have this agent I suggest you review your policy and deductibles.
