Booked appointment on Weds for Saturday @ 3:30pm for my daughter, just to get there and they have no record of my daughter appointment!! The young lady was very helpful attempted to contact the owner because she was the one that took the appointment!! No answer. I myself attempted to contact the owner no answer! Not only could the establishment use a little cleaning with the COVID going on! Walked away with my daughter feeling sad after anticipating getting her hair done (ladies know how that feels when to you think you are about to be cute).. Things like this makes it hard to support black owned businesses! I would have been a very royal customer!! One lost is another’s treasure.... Do better!

I love this place. We go to Sheena and she is not only gentle it a kind girl. She makes sure the kids hair looks good and she works fast too. This is one of the best kids salons south of I-20.
