If I could give 0 stars I would. I absolutely HATE this branch. Every single time I go there is always an issue with my transaction that can either be fixed or I just have to wait it out. The individuals are not rude, but every time I go there is something wrong with my transaction. It is never done the way I ask for it to be done. Will never be returning after this last time I went. Not to mention, that there is so much turn around at this location that every time I go I do not recognize anyone bc it is also different people.

There is no direct number to the bank. So, if you have a problem don't call. You have call an 800 number and you will never get a live person. VERY bad customer service. When you do go into the branch, everyone is very nice and knowledgeable though. But, it is hard to always go to a branch when you have a question or problem.

I am not an account holder at Regions. I accompanied a Regions' customer to this branch in Coal Mountain to have a paper notarized for the sale of a car, me being the seller and the Regions customer the purchaser. I did not catch his name, but to the man at the desk right in front of the back entrance...I cannot express just how RUDE and how much of a lack of customer service you have. I will never, EVER use Regions after the display I saw today. The purchaser arrived at the bank before I did, when I got there a couple had just sat at the desk of this employee. The purchaser asked the Regions employee if he was the only one who could help us or there was another notary in the building. He told her that there were only 2 notaries in the building and unfortunately the other was out today so he was the only one and we would need to wait. That's fine, no issues. We sat and patiently waited. After 40 minutes of waiting another customer came in and went to the counter with a paper to be notarized, a teller told him that every worker in the building EXCEPT her could notarize his paper. After overhearing this, the purchaser again approached the Regions worker in a very polite way asking if we could go to the counter as the gentleman was there getting his paper notarized now. This Regions worker proceeded to tell her No. The tellers are not to notarize and he sent them a message to say such but obviously they didn't see it. He looks at her and says "You have to wait. It's free so just sit and wait." OMG! I would have looked at him and said to hell with you, close my account right now. Thankfully she is way more kind and patient than I so she just turned, walked to the counter, had a pleasant conversation with a teller and Ms. Lisa at the branch was happy to help us and took the 45 seconds to notarize our paper. Someone really needs to address this man. If I could get in touch with the bank manager or if the manager would have been there, we would have had a confrontation right there. It was completely unacceptable how he spoke to her and his response.

Suntrust is better. The only good thing about this bank is that they are green. But that doesn't make up for the fact that they tore down the Texaco across the street from my house!

We got to Regions back at 3:58 and need 6 pages notarized. I completely expected them to say come back tommorrow. But instead we met Sarah Tront and she had a huge smile on her face and was so pleasant and warm and willing to help my mom and me. Talk about customer service, she was amazing!!! Yeah Regions Bank and super shout out to Sarah Tront!

This branch wouldn't be the same without Kevin Kennedy! Whenever I need something he's willing to work with me and his service is above and beyond. I would HIGHLY recommend this branch of Regions to anyone who has PERSONAL banking or Business banking needs. 5 Stars for sure!

Great bank/location to deal with in person but virtually impossible to get someone on the phone. Every branch will only have the 800 # listed and not the individual location #. I've called numerous times and the wait time is always more than 30 minutes wait time. Worst phone customer service I've ever seen.
